Thank you for showing up for yourself.

More than 50% of the work is simply showing up.

And by work,

We mean internal work.

Taking the next few minutes to align your mind,

Your body,

Your soul,

And to create space.

We'll start with a big breath out,

With the intention to empty.

Release every last bit of air in your body.

Inhaling slowly,

With the intention of tuning into this exact moment.

Filling up with presence.

Just a few breaths in and out.

Seeing and filling.

And allow the eyes to gently relax shut.

Letting go of your sense of sight.

And feeling your other senses heighten ever so slightly.

Slow breaths in.

Slow breath out.

Allowing a natural flow.

Letting the moment be as it is.

Feel the space your breath takes up.

The space your presence takes up.

There is nothing to change,

Adjust,

Or stop.

Simply allow.

Maybe envisioning that anything coming up from thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Everything's coming up to go.

Allow the moment to flow like your breath.

There is a sense of relaxing.

Relaxing the body,

The mind,

The spirit.

Tuning into the moment.

There is no judgment.

No resistance.

No attachment.

Just you.

Seeing a deep breath in.

Gently allowing the air to wake you up from the inside.

And exhaling,

Coming back into the space.

Feeling the earth.

Feel the air close against your fingers,

Hands,

Feet,

Any part touching the earth.

Slowly and only when you are ready,

Open up your eyes.

Taking one last breath.

Fully here.

Relaxed.

Focused.

And aware.

Then you can always tune into the space and practice carrying the space into your day.
