Unconditional True Love

Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breath.

Feel the breath as it enters in at the nostrils.

Feel the breath as it leaves at the nostrils.

Just keeping your awareness at the tip of the nose.

Observe the movement,

The rhythm of the breath as it enters,

Leaves in the nostrils.

Feel the breath entering.

Feel the breath leaving.

Feel stillness growing in the mind.

The breath enters,

The breath leaves.

Stillness in the mind grows.

The thoughts drift away and your mind focuses on the breath.

Move your awareness to the ribcage now.

Feeling how the ribcage expands as you breathe in,

Contracts as you breathe out.

Feel the air entering,

Leaving.

And again,

Feel the mind coming towards silence.

Connect to that silence within.

Just watch the breath enter.

Leave.

Know that there's nothing but stillness.

Observe simply the breath.

The thoughts lose their importance as you observe how the thoughts just bring stress,

Contradiction.

How the thoughts have no substance.

They're constantly changing,

Contradicting each other.

True peace comes from observing the breath.

And the more you observe the breath,

The more you connect to peace and stillness within.

Connect to a point of white light within your heart.

Your original true nature.

You connect to stillness deep inside.

You start to realize that this stillness is who you truly are.

Watching the breath entering,

Leaving.

You feel nothing but silence within.

The point of white light within your heart guides you back to the peace that is your original true nature.

You connect to the silence here.

Connect to stillness within.

And as you start to connect more and more to this white light within,

You realize that this white light goes back to a source.

A source of love and light that created the universe.

This white light is within the hearts of all beings.

It's a spark,

An emanation,

A ray of light that comes from the source of love that's inside all beings,

And now as you look closely at the white light within,

You see more clearly the qualities that it contains.

The qualities that have come from the source of all love,

All life.

Qualities of love,

Forgiveness,

Happiness.

You see that the source of all love is deep within your heart and it teaches you to see the world and to see yourself just as the source sees you.

The source of love and life,

This entire universe,

Contains unconditional love,

Unconditional forgiveness and it sends light through to your heart asking you to forgive yourself for every single thing you've ever felt guilty about because there's a source of love that loves you unconditionally,

That forgives you unconditionally.

And as you feel this,

The tensions and the hardness within your heart start to soften,

The feelings of guilt start to dissolve and disappear as you know that you're forgiven.

There's a source of love that sends an emanation,

A ray in towards your heart that forgives you completely because the nature of the foundation of this universe is love,
