Take a full deep breath.
It is okay to step away from busyness and give yourself the gift of this moment.
Give yourself permission to let go of everything else and just be here for right now.
Place your awareness in your body,
Just following your breath as it flows.
Let your attention rest on the breath as it moves through your nostrils and see if you can notice your belly as it rises and falls.
There is nothing else you have to do right now.
This is your protected time.
Time to be supportively available to yourself.

As you continue breathing,
Think about the day ahead.
How do you want to show up for yourself?
How do you want to be as you move through the world?
Set your intention for being today and stay with your breath as you focus on your intention.

May I recognize my power and use it with integrity?

May I allow the moment to moment experience of what is?
May I be confident?
May I offer myself loving and compassionate self-talk?
May I remember that I am enough?
May I be at peace?
