Hello and welcome to Kids Relaxation.

Today you're going to close your eyes and travel with me as I take you on a little journey in your imagination.

So find a comfortable space and settle yourself in.

Get your body very comfortable and allow yourself to just let everything go and be totally there right in the moment.

Close your eyes and now take a deep breath with me.

We're going to breathe in to the count of four and out to the count of four.

In,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four and out,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Beautiful.

So as you close your eyes there's a dragonfly.

It's the biggest and brightest dragonfly you have ever seen.

So big and bright that you want to follow it to see where it goes.

You are so curious.

It flies playfully up and down and all around and it leads you to a path through the forest.

As you step onto the path you take a deep breath.

You can bring in all the essence of the pine needles and the nurturing smell of the rich soil and the forest trees.

Up above there's a canopy of green leaves and little sunlight spots are here and there on your path.

You begin to feel playful too as you skip along following the dragonfly's flight.

Pretty soon the dragonfly leads you to a clearing in the trees.

The view opens up before you to a brilliant bright meadow filled with flowers.

The dragonfly whispers,

I see you.

You begin to dance and twirl freely through the meadow.

You turn round and round and feel very free.

In the middle of the meadow in the soft tall grass you find a spot to lie down.

The dragonfly flutters close to your ear again and whispers,

I hear you.

You begin to sing and to chant and to yell and to talk and to whisper and to mumble and shout all the things that are inside of you.

Feeling free you rest again.

The dragonfly whispers in your ear again,

I love you.

You lie there and you simply feel what it feels like to feel completely free and completely loved.

After a few moments the dragonfly whispers,

What do you need right now?

Listen to your heart's response.

Flying away once again you're left in the silence to feel what you need.

Moments later the dragonfly returns and whispers,

What would you like to hear right now?

Listen to your heart's response.

Feel it.

Your heart will let you know.

As the dragonfly flies away again you lie there and imagine what you would love to hear.

It might be more I love you's or it might be that you'd like to hear that you are wonderful,

Beautiful,

Balanced.

It might be that you are wanting to hear how powerful,

Healthy and bright you are.

Whatever it is simply listen and allow your heart to rest and take in what you're experiencing right now.

Ah,

Feel,

Be.

Allow the moment to be just as it is.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

You are enough just as you are.

You are beautiful just as you are.

There's no need to change anything in this moment.

There's no need for anything to be different.

Total acceptance is here now.

You accept yourself and everything just as it is.

Everything is allowed to be just as it is.

Allow yourself to melt into this moment,

To let go of all your thoughts,

To let go of anything that doesn't feel good.

You are enjoying feeling warm,

Relaxed and free.

Free to be the beautiful self that you are.

Free to stand up tall.

Free to say exactly what you need to say.

Free to be all that you are.

Ah.

The dragonfly flutters back and it lands on your arm bringing your attention back to the meadow around you.

It's time for you to return to the path through the forest.

So you get up and you run back through the meadow.

And when you get to the forest path,

You take one last look over your shoulders.

Taking with you the memory of knowing that who you are is enough.

Remembering that who you are is just right for you.

Always.

Always.

Now you skip back through the forest,

Getting to the path where you just started.

And when you are ready,

Put your hands together and rub them,

Rub them,

Rub them,

Rub them,

Rub them.

Make them feel really warm.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Gently put your hands over your eyes.

Feel the warmth of your hands covering your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

Blow it out.

You can open your eyes when you are ready.
