My name is Breanne Howard and I invite you to let today's meditation be a reminder for how much beauty you bring to the world.

Before we begin,

Please find a comfortable seat or position lying down or even standing.

Something that feels sustainable for just a few moments while we breathe together so you can comfortably close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Once you feel a bit settled in,

Just start to notice your breath and where it's moving your body,

Perhaps noticing the movement in the rise and fall of the front of your body.

And the change that we bring to the world,

The core of the beauty that we emit starts with our breath.

Every sip of air that we take in,

We change with our bodies and our essence and we bestow that upon the world with every exhalation,

With every step forward or hand gesture or breath in and out.

We are leaving energetic fingerprints trailing behind and around us,

Intermingling with everything within our proximity,

Changing it.

Our very existence changes the world.

Notice your breath again and notice if anything has changed about it.

And when you think about changing the world,

Notice what parts of your body feel sensation.

Maybe it's your feet or your hands or your belly.

Maybe it's hard to connect with that idea in terms of sensation.

And if so,

Breathe.

And if you do feel sensation wherever that is,

Breathe into it.

Let your inhalations expand and your exhalations soften.

And as you continue to breathe,

Rest in the truth that you make a difference.

Rest in the truth that your being here makes the world more beautiful.

Rest in the truth that every act you take ripples outward and has a much wider impact than you can imagine.

Take a big breath in through your nose.

And a long,

Slow exhalation through your mouth.

We'll take two more breaths just like that into your nose.

Slow out through your mouth.

And one more time.

For these last few moments,

If it would feel comfortable for you and supportive for your body and heart,

Place your hands over your heart or one on your heart and one on your belly.

Recalibrate to the waking,

Moving world with your breath.

Maybe noticing your heartbeat or wiggling your toes.

And remembering that it is from your heart,

Your spirit and your body that you create beauty in the world.
