Meditation Timer OnlineAnna (she/her) is an artist and an energy worker for humans and animals. After a corporate career that ended with a burn out and other ailments, she started searching for meaningful ways to heal*, make a living, and enjoy life. She is now happy and stable and would like to pass on what she has learned over the last fifteen years or so to anyone looking for ways to live a balanced life. *she has decided to replace the statement « healing » with other expressions or words that imply a starting point rather than illness. We all have to start somewhere, the only thing that really matters is where we plan to go from here, right? Alma stands for soul in Spanish and Latin, and Halo, well, we all know what it is, right? The idea here is to provide anyone looking for an energy increase and meaning with meditations and techniques from various traditions. Anna is not a medical doctor or an expert in any way, just a very curious creative soul willing to gather with like-hearted people. French is her native tongue and she hopes you will get used to her accent. Maybe at some point she will grow the courage to go live. In the meantime, she is looking forward to connecting with you all. Please only donate if you are in a stable financial situation.
