Clarity meditation practice.
As we have moved through our morning or our day,
There have been instances where having a greater sense of clarity in your work or in your life might have brought more ease into your day.
For this practice,
We will review both of those and consider where we can invest a bit of time in creating a greater sense of clarity in a situation that we are facing to help things flow a little more smoothly.
For this practice,
I invite you to consider clarity,
What it means to you and how you connect with your clarity.
In moments of decision or indecision,
In moments of uncertainty,
How is it that you take time in a situation to develop a connection to your clarity,
To guide your words or actions in a way that is most aligned with your desires and your authentic self over this beginning of your day or time prior to this meditation?
Can you recall a moment when you lacked a connection to your clarity?
How did you know you were disconnected?
And how did you reconnect with that clarity?
Considering an action,
A choice,
A decision that you need to make in the future or the near future,
What can you do now to explore this situation in terms of clarity of action?
For the next minute of your practice,
I invite you to consider whichever of these prompts speak most to you about your clarity and sit with any understandings that may float into your conscious awareness.
Resting easily with the breath in the body and in the space supporting you,
Begin to come back into this space being mindful to stay connected at a deep soul level with any bits of clarity that have bubbled up.
