This is Frankie.
Welcome to this meditation.
Find your quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
Either seated on a cushion or on a chair or even lying down.
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
Let's just take a few deep breaths in to centre.
Deep inhale through your nose and let your abdomen expand.
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let's take a few more breaths in like this.
Now setting your intention for this meditation.
Today you are wanting to activate your confidence.
Feel in to this.
Feel in to your confidence.
And just feel in to your body what it would be like to have more.
What would this feel like for you?
We will now do a minute of some fast paced connected breath.
Breathing in to your full body and letting out.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
So let's start our breath now.
Fully in.
Fully out.
Let your breath go.
And now just go to a gentle breath.
With your eyes closed.
I invite you to feel in to your whole body.
Feeling in to your body.
We will start at your toes.
Feeling in to your toes.
Now your feet.
And feeling your legs and your feet and your toes relaxing.
And your arms are relaxed.
And your hands are relaxed.
And your neck is soft and relaxed.
Leave your tension.
Leave your body.
Just taking some nice gentle breaths in to your body now.
I now invite you to visualize a ball of energy at the core of your body.
And visualize this energy expanding and radiating throughout your entire body.
See this ball surround you.
And notice this ball of energy is confidence.
This ball of energy is confidence.
And it wants to give you some powerful mantras to build your confidence.
It whispers to you,
You just need to believe in yourself.
And it says,
Repeat this after me.
I am myself.
I trust in my abilities.
And now it keeps repeating the mantra.
And as it repeats the mantra,
You repeat the mantra after the energy.
I am confident.
I believe in myself.
I trust in my abilities.
I am confident.
I believe in myself.
I trust in my abilities.
I believe in myself.
I trust in my abilities.
I am confident.
I believe in myself.
I trust in my abilities.
I am confident.
I believe in myself.
I trust in my abilities.
I am confident.
I trust in my abilities.
That's right,
You're becoming more and more confident.
You're trusting in yourself.
And you're believing in your abilities more and more each day.
And now you're noticing sensations in your body as the mantra takes hold.
And you feel changes happening in you at a cellular level.
You feel the mantras growing within you.
And now you spend some time in gratitude for the mantra.
And feeling the sensations in your body as you embrace the mantra.
And as you embrace these changes happening within you at a cellular level.
You give thanks to yourself.
And you tell yourself,
Day by day my confidence will increase.
And you'll feel this in your body and in your mind.
As you just lay and bask in the mantras for a little while.
And as the mantras are playing you can say them in your mind.
Or you can just absorb them.
I am confident.
I believe in myself.
I trust in my abilities.
I trust in my abilities.
