Bring in the knowing that below you is Mother Earth.
Feel the Earth,
The ancient Mother who gives you all your needs.
Your ever-present Mother,
Pachamama.
Breathe into your heart and feel your connection to Pachamama.
She is with you.
She always has been with you,
And always will be with you.
Through every storm,
Every struggle,
Every breath,
You are held,
You are loved,
You are seen.
Let her whisper to you now,
Reminding you that you are her child,
Woven from the same sacred threads as the rivers,
The mountains,
And the stars above you.
She invites you to remember your path,
Your truth,
Your light.
Breathe into her energy,
The heartbeat of Pachamama,
Rising through you from your feet all the way to the crown of your head.
Her energy flowing through your bones,
Filling your heart with her strength and wisdom.
Breathe in healing,
Let go of tension.
Breathe in grounding,
Letting go of what's not for your highest good.
Breathe in love,
Let go of attachments.
Breathe in the life force energy,

Sending your gratitude back to Pachamama.

Listen to the voices of the wind,
The calls of the birds,

Perhaps you sense a delicate presence of hummingbirds,
Dragonflies,
Butterflies,
Messages of transformation,
Guiding you deeper into this moment.
Breathe in this sacred energy,
Let it fill your heart with ancient knowing.
As you exhale,
Send this beauty,
This peace,
This reverence back into the world.
Now envisage yourself surrounded by a great crystal,
A shimmering aquamarine temple of light.
Feel its gentle energy calming your emotional body.
Dissolving all that no longer serves you.
This is a place of deep healing,
Where the unseen becomes seen.
Where all is transformed into clarity and grace.
With each inhale,
Feel the sacred energy amplifying its radiance,
Heightening its vibration within you.
With every breath,
The energy becomes stronger,
Expanding in brilliance,
Filling you with the highest frequencies of divine light and energy.
As you exhale,
This light radiates outwards from you,
Blessing your loved ones,

You are a vessel of pure energy,

You are a channel for the highest energies of creation,

Breathe into this knowing,

The serenity,

What you give is what you receive.

You are sacred,

As you take a deep breath in,
Feel this knowing into your body.
As you release your breath,
Let go of the past.
You are now in the present,
And you are whole,
And you are one with all.
And now you remember,
The sacred path is not outside of you,
It has always been within.
That's right,
All is already within you.
All you need is already within you.
Breathe into this knowing,
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes and bring this awareness with you.
