Prayer to spirit,

Beloved presence within,

Open my heart to your light,

Let your spirit move through me like breath,

Softening what is tight,

Lifting away what is heavy,

Awakening that that has fallen asleep within me,

Fill me with the peace that asks for nothing,

The clarity that comes from surrender,

The strength that rises from stillness,

May your wisdom settle in my bones,

May your love expand in my chest,

May your truth guide every step I take,

When I am tired renew me,

When I am afraid steady me,

When I am lost lead me gently home,

Let my whole life become a vessel for your grace,

May my thoughts align with goodness,

My actions shaped by compassion,

May my words carry the quiet healing of your presence,

Today and every day fill me with you great spirit,

So that I may walk in kindness,

So that I may speak with love,

So that I may live with an open heart,
