Reiki Healing: Heart Breath, DNA Regeneration

Welcome dear soul,

For this meditation,

I recommend laying down,

While this is not a sleep meditation,

No,

If you happen to fall asleep,

It is very normal and 100% ok as it means your body is resting fully with the energy moving through you.

Your body and subconscious mind will be listening and absorb anything that is only for your highest good.

Closing your eyes if you feel comfortable and bring your awareness to the gentle rhythm of your breath.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Take a moment to fully arrive in your body.

Enter this moment,

This time and space of stillness.

As you breathe in,

Feel the energy of life entering you.

As you breathe out,

Feel your body softening,

Letting go of the day.

Breathe deeply,

Bringing in Reiki energy.

Breathing out,

Releasing the day.

Now quietly invite Reiki to flow.

Say inwardly or softly after me,

I call in Reiki now.

May Reiki fill me,

May Reiki surround me,

May Reiki guide me.

As you breathe deeply,

Bring your awareness to your hands and feel the subtle warmth awakening in your palms.

Now hold your hands in front of your heart.

Feel the energy already between your hands and heart.

You see Reiki energy begins to flow the moment you invite it.

Trust that it's here.

Now with one hand,

Begin to tap gently on the center of your chest with your fingertips.

With every tap,

Feel Reiki energy awakening your heart center,

Expanding your capacity for peace,

For love,

And for healing.

Continue tapping,

Say inwardly,

I open my heart to Reiki's flow.

Now with your other hand,

Tap gently on the space between your eyebrows,

The third eye.

This connects you to clarity and inner vision.

Feel Reiki energy gathering here,

Opening your intuition.

Both hands tapping lightly,

One at your heart,

One at your eyebrow.

Breathing in Reiki,

Breathing out Reiki.

Let the current of healing fill you.

Affirm silently or aloud,

I effortlessly release any and every obstacle to peace.

As Reiki flows through me,

I am embracing inner peace.

Release the tapping and rest your hands over your heart.

Feel the Reiki energy moving as though your body itself is now tapping with light from within.

Now let's slow down our breath,

Bringing in Reiki breath.

Imagine you are breathing in and out of your heart space.
