Welcome to this guided meditation.

Find yourself a comfortable position seated or laying down.

It's time to allow yourself to be in the present moment with no other worries,

No other obligations or responsibility.

This time is for you.

Start to focus on your breath.

Notice is it fast?

Is it slow?

Don't change anything.

Just notice.

With this next breath start to lengthen the inhale and lengthen the exhale.

Inhale hold at the top then open the mouth and release.

Inhale exhale.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Take your focus to the very top of your head.

Notice the feelings and sensations here.

I want you to imagine there is a bright white light hovering at this point on top of your head.

And I slowly want you to bring this light down to the center of your forehead.

Let this light wash over your face and your jaw as your face starts to relax.

Let this light flow through and down your throat.

Down to your chest.

Over the right side of your arm.

Down your forearm.

Your hand right into your fingertips.

Then let it flow down the left side of your arm.

Down your forearm into your hand right into your fingertips.

Notice and allow the sensations that you feel here.

Let this white light flow down into your stomach.

Down into your hips and your groin.

Down your right thigh into your right knee into your right shin ankle into your right foot right into your toes and the sole of your right foot.

Now let it wash down the left thigh,

The left knee,

The left shin,

The left ankle,

The left foot right into your toes and the sole of your left foot.

I want you to now see yourself covered from head to toe in this bright white light.

With the next inhale we're drawing all of what no longer serves us.

We're drawing all of it in and with the exhale we're letting all of it go.

Breathe in,

Draw it all up.

Breathe out,

Let it all go.

Breathe in,

Draw it all up.

Breathe out,

Let it all go.

Breathe in,

Draw it all up.

When you feel ready start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Come back into your body.

Blink your eyes open.
