Welcome beautiful soul to this short guided exercise that will allow you to connect more deeply with your central expression.

This body gazing exercise will require you to be standing or sitting in front of a mirror.

As you land here just start to tune in to your body and I invite you to just gently gaze into your eyes and really just notice throughout this practice,

Throughout this exercise,

What is here for you and what is asking to be seen or heard or felt.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Holding at the top for just a second and then slowly exhaling out of the mouth.

Keeping your eyes fixated on your eyes.

I'm going to spend a few more minutes here gazing at ourselves.

The eyes are often referred to as the portal to our soul.

You may notice this if you have trouble or you find it really challenging to maintain eye contact with yourself and others.

As we continue to stare into our beautiful eyes,

Into our soul,

Continue breathing nice and slow,

Nice and deep into the belly.

And I invite you to ask yourself this question,

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

Continue to repeat this phrase out loud to yourself or in your mind and just listen.

Taking a deep inhale in through the nose,

Fully in,

Maintaining that eye contact with yourself and slowly exhale through the mouth.

As you continue to breathe deeply but gently,

Start to scan your face,

Your nose,

Your lips,

Your cheeks,

Your ears.

Stay open,

Stay curious,

Listen to what your body is sharing with you.

What stories are here?

Continuing down the body now,

Down the throat,

Seeing your shoulders,

Your breasts,

Taking the time here to gaze at your beautiful body,

At your breasts,

Noticing what thoughts arise,

What feelings arise.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Sound if that feels good,

Noticing,

Allowing.

How can you love yourself more?

How can you compliment yourself more?

Continue your gaze now from your breasts down to your torso,

To your abdominal area,

Your stomach,

Gazing,

Touching,

Feeling your beautiful stomach,

Offering this love and acceptance and compassion for your beautiful vessel that carries you through this human experience.

Continue to breathe here,

Allow whatever you are feeling to take up space in your body,

Allow this energy to be liberated from your being.

As you gaze at your beautiful stomach,

I invite you to ask yourself this,

How can I be kinder to myself?

How can I love my body more?

Repeating these phrases to yourself or out loud,

Continuing now your gaze down your thighs.

If you're standing,

I invite you to turn around and gaze at your bum,

Just really honoring every crevice,

Every part and inch of your body,

Bringing some gentle central touch in as well if that feels good.

Really just allowing yourself to feel the sensations.

How can you offer more love to this beautiful body and all that your beautiful body does for you?

Extending the gaze now down the legs,

Over the yoni,

The vulva,

And now just widen your gaze as you scan up and down your body.

Gently touch your skin,

Your breasts,

Your bum,

Your legs,

Your tummy and see just notice how it feels to offer this kind of love and gratitude to your temple.

Before we close this exercise,

I invite you now as you look at your entire body into your eyes,

I invite you to thank your body.

Thank your beautiful body for carrying you through this life.

Thank your beautiful body for all that it offers you.

Give thanks to this beautiful vessel that stands before you and to close looking into your eyes and repeating I love you,

I love you,

I love you.
