Claire is a 500hr qualified Yoga Teacher with over 10 years experience. Sharing her love of beautiful and wise words is a path that brings her great happiness. Yoga found her 20 years ago and since then meditation and yoga practice has been her anchor. A life-long lover of learning and a passionate teacher, it is Claire's great privilege to bring her soothing words to those in need of a little more nurture in their busy lives. Before training as a yoga teacher in 2011, Claire was an English teacher in secondary schools around Devon in the UK. She has an MA, BA, PGCE and a DipY. She loves poetry, sea swimming, singing and snuggling on the sofa.
