Welcome,

This is your time to return to stillness.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Let your hands rest easily,

Let your shoulders soften,

And if it feels safe,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in,

A gentle place to return to,

Each time you notice you've drifted,

Simply return.

Exhale and soften the shoulders,

Exhale and relax the belly,

Exhale and allow the hips to release,

Exhale and let the legs grow.

Stillness is not something you have to create,

You see it,

There is nothing you need to solve.

Notice the space around your body,

Let everything be exactly as it is,

Breathe,

Feel yourself sinking into a calm,

A place inside you that does not rush.

Notice the surface beneath you,
