Today we are going on a magical adventure to a rainbow bridge.
A special bridge that can take us to a land full of happiness and joy.
So find a comfy spot to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes softly and take a deep slow breath in and out.
Take another gentle breath in and let it go.
Now feel your body relax like a soft warm cloud.
Imagine your body becoming light and ready to explore a magical world.
Let's help our bodies feel calm and cozy before we start our journey.
So wiggle your feet,
Your toes and then let them rest.
Imagine your feet touching soft warm sand.
Feel your legs heavy and relax like they are resting on a gentle hill.
Now take a deep breath in,
Feeling your tummy rise and breath out,
Letting it fall like a balloon floating in the sky.
Rest your arms by your sides soft and light.
Let your shoulders drop,
Releasing any tightness.
Relax your forehead,
Your jaw,
Your cheeks and feel your face softening like a warm smile.
Now your whole body feels calm,
Peaceful and ready to travel.
Now imagine you're walking through a magical meadow filled with colorful flowers and suddenly you see a beautiful rainbow stretching across the sky.
All its colors shine brightly,
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo and violet.
At the base of the rainbow,
There is a glowing bridge.
This is rainbow bridge to happiness.
It sparkles with magical light and invites you to walk across it.
Take a deep breath and step into that bridge.
Feel it supporting you gently,
Holding you safely as you begin your journey.
As you walk across the bridge,
Notice the colors around you.
Red,
Feel courage and confidence filling your heart.
Orange,
Feel joy and laughter bubbling inside you.
Yellow,
Feel warmth,
Curiosity and curiosity lighting your mind.
Green,
Feel calm and peace spreading through your body.
Blue,
Feel kindness and love flowing from your heart.
Indigo,
Feel gentle quietness and reflection.
Violet,
Feel imagination and wonder sparkling around you.
With every step you feel lighter,
Happier and more peaceful.
At the end of the rainbow,
You arrive in a magical land filled with happiness.
Here everything is playful and bright.
You can see smiling animals,
Friendly trees,
Sparkling streams and fields full of colorful flowers.
Take a moment to explore.
Maybe you want to dance with butterflies,
Talk to a friendly fox or watch the rainbow sparkle in the sky.
Notice how joyful it feels in this magical place.
Now let's sit in this happy land and say these special words in your mind.

You can come across the bridge anytime.

Slowly begin to come back to your cozy spot.
Feel your feet touching the ground,
Your fingers and toes wiggling gently and take a deep slow breath in and out.
