A mindfulness and wellbeing guide.
And today I'm going to guide you through a simple breathwork technique.
That you can use anytime you feel you need to reset.
To feel more balanced and grounded throughout the day.
It's called the coherent breathing.
Which means essentially to breathe in and out for an equal account.
So this breath work is especially really useful when you are feeling under pressure.
You've got a really busy day,
Switching between tasks.
Or feeling slightly overwhelmed.
This will help the body and mind to settle into a more balanced state.
So let's begin.
I invite you to sit in a comfortable position.
So you feel relaxed.
Yet for that You can keep your eyes open.
Closed or just softening the gaze,
Whatever it feels comfortable for you today.
And we will breathe in and out for a count of five.
And I will guide you through a few rounds.
So let's start with the natural breath in and out through the nose.
And now gently inhale.
To or five,
And exhale two free,
Or five and again inhale Bye.
And exhale.
Bye.
One more round,
Inhale.
To three or Five.
And exhale.
Five Now continue in your own pace just for a few rounds.
And now let your breathing return to normal.
Just taking a moment to notice how you feel now.
Compared to you when we started.
And you can use this technique at any point during your day to reset and rebalance.
You can think of this as a simple pause to return to what matters most.
And taking small pauses like this can make a real difference in your day.
