He has a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Health Education from the Department of Health Education in Temple University, Philadelphia Pa. (1998). He has a Masters Degree (M.Ed.) in Health Education from the Department of Health Education in Temple University. (1984), Philadelphia, Pa. He has a Bachelors or Arts Degree (B.A.) from Moravian College, Bethlehem, Pa. (1977) Regarding his training to reach Mindfulness Meditation, Dr. Siddons is an ordained member of the Plum Village (Thich Nhat Hanh) Order of Interbeing. Dr. Siddons has been teaching guided relaxation techniques since 1976. He has worked with chronic pain patients, senior citizens, and the general public.
