Hello,

And welcome to this talk about the power of gratitude.

Today,

We are talking about how you can shift your life in just seconds when you incorporate gratitude practice into your daily life.

The power of gratitude.

I sat in meditation with my spirit team,

My guides,

My ancestors of the highest light to channel for you today,

For this collective that is listening to this,

Whether you're listening live,

I'm recording this talk live on insight timer right now,

But I'm recording it so that it can be heard by whoever,

Um,

Whatever platform you're listening to this on,

You will be able to hear this whenever you'd like.

So there are many different beings that kind of sat with me to channel this information today.

And when I say the word ancestor,

I'm not just talking about blood lineage ancestors.

I'm talking about star beings.

I'm talking about galactic ancestors,

Beings,

And souls that are never been on this human earth.

Right?

So just to understand that we have the power of gratitude,

And it's important to start with the earth,

Mother earth,

Lady Gaia,

Pachamama,

The one that we are living in,

The one that we are a part of,

We are all cells in the body of the earth.

And it's only right to give our thanks and express gratitude for her,

Especially when you're connecting with nature.

And if you're harvesting or doing some sort of work on the land,

Right.

It's important to have gratitude and express it for all beings and all things,

But especially our mother earth.

There is also the past expressing gratitude for what has happened because it has shaped your current reality and your current self.

So it's important to express gratitude for the past without focusing too hard on it,

Right?

You don't want to get stuck in this loop of the past,

But it is important to acknowledge that you are not.

You could not be who you are today without what has happened in the past.

So without worrying or focusing or hyper fixating on the past,

Having moments of gratitude,

Because it has shaped your current reality now,

It's also very important to have gratitude for everything,

Everything that I'm going to say today,

I'm going to say,

Oh,

It's so important to have gratitude for because it is,

But the self,

Your own self,

Your being gratitude for where you are and all you are doing and all you have done,

Your mind,

Your body,

And your soul having gratitude for your working heartbeat,

For all of your limbs,

For your spirit choosing to be here in this human lifetime moving forward.

Right.

It's great.

It's,

It's good to have gratitude for the present moment,

Knowing that that's all we really have is the here and now.

It powerful to have gratitude for your feelings,

How wonderful to experience your human lifetime for the very first time,

Learning lessons and feeling your emotions.

So this looks like even having gratitude for when you're feeling frustrated or upset,

Betrayed,

Happy,

Joyous in love,

Romantic,

Right?

Having gratitude for all of it,

Having gratitude for others,

Even if they piss you off or disown you,

Discourage you having gratitude for invoking feelings for you to process and to heal through.

So having gratitude for others,

Because they are also allowing you to react,

To have experience in this lifetime.

Also,

Especially having gratitude for others when they lift you up,

When they fulfill you,

When they help create magical experiences for you,

The power of gratitude is very vital for spirit source,

For the universe,

For beings,

For God,

Whatever words you have for it,

For the angels.

And if you don't believe in God,

If you don't believe in angels,

Right,

Just having gratitude for what is around you,

For source,

For the universe,

For help,

For guidance,

For connection and for the healing.

And it's important to have gratitude for the future,

For what is yet to come and how amazing it feels knowing you're already grateful for it.

Again,

With the past,

It's important with the future that when you are expressing gratitude,

That you're not getting caught up because that helps you go into this overthinking pattern of what if,

What if,

What if,

What if,

What if,

But if you catch yourself in that,

What if,

What if,

What if,

Shifting your mind to say,

What if the best possible outcome was there for me,

How grateful does it feel to experience that in the future?

How grateful can you be for the future that has not yet happened?

So we had the power of gratitude for the earth,

For the past,

For yourself,

For your present,

For your feelings,

For others,

For spirit and for the future.

That's eight different things that spirit wanted me to highlight.

Just to start us off.

When I was channeling,

They said,

It's all about rewiring the subconscious and then conscious mind,

Body,

And spirit.

The mind heals and rewires faster than the body.

For some,

It may take a month to a year to feel aligned with a gratitude-based subconscious.

For others,

It may take years to decades.

It is all up to you to choose to be determined,

Persistent,

Patient,

Kind,

And trusting that you will shift your way of life in your divine timing.

So taking a step away from what I had previously written down and channeled,

I want to talk about the idea of rewiring the subconscious mind.

Now you might be like rewiring.

What am I wiring?

As we grow up here,

Doesn't matter what country you're in.

Doesn't matter what religion,

Who you are,

Where you came from.

Your body,

Your mind,

Your soul,

And your spirit already in your DNA was wired before you were born from your parents,

From your parents' parents,

From your grandparents' parents' parents' parents,

Your DNA knows specific truths,

Knows specific patterns in order to protect itself,

In order to survive,

In order to fit in,

Which is also part of that survival.

So a lot of us have a patriarchal capitalist conditioning of work,

Work,

Work,

Work in order to be worth something.

In order to rest,

You have to earn it.

You have to make something.

You have to produce,

Produce,

Produce,

Produce,

Produce.

You have to be educated.

You have to say the right things.

You have to date the right people.

You have to da,

Da,

Da,

Da,

Da,

Da.

All of this is wired into our learning systems,

Into how we are raised and how we grow up and how we talk.

So coming from a place of scarcity,

Of lack,

Of I need to make X amount of money in order to feed,

Da,

Da,

Da,

Da,

Da,

Da,

Not everybody is wired to be like this,

But many of us do come from a place of conditioning that we are wired in our subconscious mind to constantly be in fight or flight,

To constantly be worried or anxious or depressed or tired or burnt out.

It's easier said than done to rewire yourself from this place.

I can speak firsthand experience rewiring my subconscious mind from this place of anxiety,

Of lack of depression into a state of gratitude,

Authenticity,

Love,

Joy.

It takes time.

It takes practice.

It takes discipline,

But it is possible.

And I personally believe spirit is bringing me through with this information today for the collective,

Because it is vital for where humanity is shifting as we are going through massive upheavals and changes on this earth,

It is vital to have a consistent gratitude practice to bring joy and be able to see the good every day in every moment.

And this idea of good and bad,

These are made up concepts,

Right?

But for today's sake,

Just saying good as in things that bring you joy,

Things that uplift you and help you continue feeling like you have a purpose in this life,

Because if you are so bogged down and letting your wiring go deeper,

Darker into the media,

Into what they're showing us on the news,

Into all this horror and this darkness and this grim information,

If you are letting that rule your life,

It is going to be so hard for you to move forward,

To create a sustainable way of living,

Sustainable living starts with gratitude and harmony in your body,

In your mind,

In your spirit,

It starts with you,

Not physically doing things around you.

I mean,

Yeah,

Sustainable sustainability is important and what,

You know,

How we're throwing away our trash,

How we're reducing the creation of,

You know,

All these gases in the,

In the atmosphere and you know,

All this stuff,

Right?

I'm not talking about that today.

Yes,

That's very important and we should talk about it,

But it starts with having gratitude for being alive,

Wanting to be here on this earth.

And for everybody,

That's not a reality.

If you've already been doing the work,

If you've been on this journey,

Whether it's a spiritual journey or religious journey,

Or just a journey of gratitude and self love and care,

If you're already on this journey,

It might be hard to remember that not everybody is there.

Not everybody wants the best for themselves to love themselves,

To feel authentic,

To move forward in a place of gratitude and joy.

Not everybody wants that for themselves.

And that's really sad for me.

I'm like,

That's really sad because I,

After having rewired my brain,

Want everybody to see the joy and the miraculous in the tiniest little things,

Like the little dew drops,

That's just hitting the right lighting with the sun.

You can see little sparkly rainbows coming out of the morning dew.

Hmm.

That's great and gorgeous.

And most people don't care about that and that's okay.

And that's not my job to make other people do things.

It's not your job to make other people do things.

The only job you have is to live your life.

We have free will.

So you can choose to live a gratitude led life,

Or you can choose to live one in fear and scarcity.

You can live both.

It is up to you.

So I just needed to say that little tidbit.

So back to what I wrote down and what I channeled from my guides.

Your journey of life is yours and yours only.

No one else can predict or make decisions for you of how you live your life.

They could try,

They might influence,

You might listen to other people's decisions,

But they don't actually have power over you unless you give it to them.

This journey is uniquely and fully yours only.

For some,

This is comforting,

Others completely,

Utterly terrifying.

No matter how you feel,

This is okay.

All feelings,

Reactions,

And questions are welcome to this talk.

Gratitude is not necessarily just an attitude,

But is a practice.

And with any practice,

Any skill,

Things take time.

Release expectations of how easy the practice will come to you,

How easy the practice will stick around,

How easy the practice will be,

And how you practice may change day to day.

You might try different tactics.

You might try different tactics and ways of practicing gratitude.

Some may stick,

Others not.

Some may come and go.

Some may stay consistent throughout your life.

Release the expectations of what this will look and feel like.

Let go of trying to control how your practice forms.

Discipline is helpful for some and others it may be discouraging.

Some examples of ways to practice or different gratitude tactics is journaling out your gratitudes each morning or in the afternoon or in the evening.

You're right.

Taking one,

15 minutes,

10 minutes,

Five minutes,

Three minutes out of your day to gratitude journal,

Whether you write a list of one thing,

Whether you write a list of 10 things.

I always like to recommend people say I'm grateful for blank because blank as one gratitude.

So I'm grateful for this microphone because it's allowing me to record a higher quality version of this talk.

Right.

That's just an example.

I'm grateful that there is water dripping from the ceiling because that gives me an adventure to discover if I need to talk to the neighbors upstairs to tell them to turn their AC down so it doesn't,

Um,

Uh,

Continue to drip on me.

Right.

Um,

That's just a example of things you can journal out.

Right.

Another example is texting three things to your quote unquote gratitude buddy from your day.

So this is a practice that I actually did when I was first getting started in my gratitude practice.

This was actually with my sister.

Um,

One of my sisters,

I have multiple,

But,

Um,

Every night we would text each other three words.

It was very simple.

It wasn't even,

I'm a grateful for it at it because it was literally like sushi friends pillow.

And I would respond cherries,

Duck homework.

And we just would know that there's something with that word that we were grateful for that happened that day.

And it was a practice we would do every day and we would hold each other accountable for it.

I mean,

Some days we would go to bed without remembering or whatever,

But it's just like,

It's nice to have somebody accountable as a gratitude buddy,

That whether it's an email or a text or a call,

Whether it's three words or whether it's three sentences that you are holding each other accountable and you're sharing that gratitude with them and then in turn,

They're sharing their gratitude with you.

You can also just say your gratitude out loud throughout the day.

If you drop something,

Oh,

I'm so grateful.

I have the ability to clean this up.

I'm so grateful for my fresh food and my water.

I'm so grateful to play with my kitten.

I'm so grateful.

It's such a beautiful day.

You can say this in your mind.

You can say it out loud to yourself just throughout the day,

Like reminding yourself to just find moments of gratitude.

You don't have to have a,

I'm going to write down my practices and I'm going to,

Right.

It can literally just be like,

I'm so grateful.

I live in a place with a roof over my head,

Or I'm so grateful.

I don't have a roof over my head and that it's on its way to me.

Right.

You can also use this as a bit of manifesting.

You can have sticky notes and reminders,

Or even set alarms on your devices or phones.

Gratitude time,

Right?

What are you grateful for?

Just have it around your,

Your home,

Around your car,

Right.

In your,

In your book bag,

In places that you'll see every day,

You can just put sticky notes to remind you.

Yeah.

For some people that might work for some people.

You might just look at the sticky note and move beyond it again.

That's why these are just examples of tactics and practices that you can try.

It doesn't hurt to try.

Right.

Doesn't hurt to try.

We have,

Um,

Just say in your mind what you're grateful for when you wake up or maybe before you go to bed,

Right.

When you wake up,

It's so difficult to start this practice.

I think it can be difficult for people to just wake up and be like,

I'm so grateful for a beautiful day because it's such a lovely day,

Right.

But when you really wake up and you start immediately focusing on gratitude,

Oh my gosh,

Does your life change?

And sometimes it's helpful to literally use a meditation.

Like on insight timer,

There are thousands upon thousands of gratitude meditations for like morning gratitude meditations.

I don't have any on my page yet.

Maybe I'll record one and I'll upload it,

But I don't have any gratitude specific meditations just yet,

But I know for a fact,

I used to use a morning meditation practice that focused on gratitude and it helped me to rewire my brain and that I didn't even need to use the meditation anymore that I would just wake up and I'd say,

I'm so grateful that I have a comfortable bed because I had a good night's sleep.

I'm so grateful that I was able to sleep in,

Or I'm so grateful that my alarm woke me up on time.

Things like this.

Yeah.

Find a meditation to guide you,

Whether it's in the morning,

Whether it's in the evening or the middle of the day,

There are infinite possibilities and tactics and practices to learn and try and use to create your own gratitude practices.

Try to incorporate being grateful for all realms of your life,

No matter if they are going quote unquote well or not.

Having gratitude for your breath,

For food and drink,

A bed,

For your clothing,

For your beating heart,

Your eyelashes,

Your muscles,

Fingernails,

Your toes,

Your veins,

Working or not working,

Organs,

Family,

Whether they're dead or alive,

Chosen or blood family,

For the nature around you,

For your hobbies,

For the access and privileges you may have,

The achievements you've accomplished,

The education you have,

Internet access,

Your hearing,

Your vision,

Your relationships,

Where you live,

The stores around you,

Transportation,

Traveling,

Accessorizing,

Exercising,

Play,

Rest,

Work,

Anger,

Frustration,

Joy,

Love,

Magic,

Music,

Source,

Et cetera.

The list goes on and on.

There is something to be grateful for in every second.

Gratitude raises the vibration and frequency of the space that you are in and in your vessel on all levels,

Physically,

Spiritually,

Emotionally,

Mentally,

Cosmically,

As your vibration is higher,

It's easier to live a life in flow and in alignment with your deepest desires.

The universe loves to reward people who are grateful for where they are and what they already have.

Trust and believe it will be so,

And it already is so.

Be grateful,

Free of that expectation to be rewarded for it.

Be grateful just because.

And feel the gratitude with your heart,

Bit by bit,

Step by step.

Do your best and you will see blessings and miracles abounding around your grateful self.

Keep up the good work.

That's what I have channeled from my guides,

From my spirit team for today's talk,

I'm going to open it up.

I am recording this live on insight timer.

So I'm going to open up to the comments to see if we have any questions or anything to dive into a little bit deeper.

We had somebody who commented that the rewire rewiring of your brain,

The original conditioning,

Even if it's not coming from your DNA,

That it may be grounded in trauma.

And so thank you.

I did want to acknowledge that somebody asked what was something from the gratitude list that I had channeled.

That was maybe an aha for me.

Hmm.

I mean,

Honestly,

I think the list that I had channeled,

I was kind of,

It wasn't necessarily an aha,

But it was more of like the fingernails and the toes.

I don't necessarily have an intentional practice that I am being grateful for literally my fingernails and my toes and my eyelashes.

I'm always grateful for my beating heart and my muscles.

Um,

My organs,

I try to be intentional,

Whether they're working or not working.

Right.

Uh,

It's important to be grateful for what,

What your body's doing.

But I think most of this list,

Like having gratitude for play and having gratitude for rest,

These are all things that I have actually been working on over the last few years.

So none of them were really aha moments from what I was channeling,

But,

Um,

Yeah,

I think the biggest,

The biggest aha is reminding people that gratitude is not an attitude,

But a practice and that it's okay to be frustrated and also be grateful for that frustration.

It's okay to be sad and upset,

Sick even,

And have gratitude for it.

And that's going to help change the vibration and the frequency.

So thanks for that question.

I hope that answers your question.

Um,

Even if I didn't have a huge aha,

We have the question,

What does it mean,

The difference between attitude versus a practice,

And this is a great question,

In my mind,

An attitude is already a mindset or a way of thinking or being that is reflected in your behavior.

So an attitude can kind of come and go.

You can be in the attitude of gratitude and have that be wired in your subconscious mind or your conscious being,

And just be in this way of being or thinking of gratitude all the time.

But a practice is intentionally bringing in this way of being.

A practice,

Right,

Is not secondhand nature when you're first beginning.

Practice is using it,

An application or usage of this idea or method rather than just relating to it.

So actually practicing is applying this attitude.

So rather than just being grateful,

Practicing gratitude.

So the difference between just having the attitude of gratitude and having gratitude as a practice is really making sure that you are holding yourself accountable and being intentional with bringing in different ways of expressing gratitude,

Whether it's for the earth,

Whether it's for yourself,

Saying it out loud,

Writing it down,

Sharing it with somebody else,

Or just keeping it to yourself,

That you are intentionally doing something to bring about that gratitude rather than just existing in a gracious state,

Having the attitude.

So practicing the attitude,

Commitment versus the action.

So we've answered all the questions that have been asked on the live and I'm being called to pull a card from the gratitude Oracle deck.

This deck is created by Angela Hartfield and the artwork is by Josephine Wall.

So obviously if you are listening to this talk of this podcast episode,

You will not be seeing the card that I am pulling,

But just be open to hearing a message.

It's a gratitude Oracle.

So I feel that it is only fitting that I pull a card for the collective that is listening right now.

So we have two cards that came through.

The first one is card number 45,

Which is the number nine,

Which we are in a year of nine.

So I love to point out that synchronicity is solitude.

The description of this card is there is a being,

A feminine being with,

Uh,

Looks like a clear quartz crystal around her neck.

She's wearing a really ruffled yellow dress and she has a book open on her lap.

In this book is opening up to like fairy beings,

Butterflies,

Swirls,

And stars are coming out of this book.

Um,

It's almost like elves are sitting on her knees and there are some books beside her and some glasses on like a bedside table.

That's the description of this card.

And this is card number 45 of solitude.

We also have the card number 29 acceptance,

Which is literally this mer being with rainbow hair and a shell.

Her ears literally turning into a shell.

She has her arms stretched out in front of her to a rainbow Phoenix that is just landing on her thumb.

And there is like a wave beneath her and some mountains in the back of this ocean or lake or wherever she is.

So we have 29,

Which is 11,

Which is another powerful number.

And we have card number nine or card number 45,

Which is another nine solitude.

I'm being called to read from the guidebook for both of these cards rather than straight up channeling.

We're going to start with card number 29,

Which is acceptance.

The affirmation of this card says I embrace people,

Circumstances,

And opportunities with acceptance and gratitude,

Knowing everything changes.

You guys like literally has gratitude in the,

In the affirmation,

Which you might be saying,

Well,

Eliyahu,

It is a gratitude Oracle guidebook.

Well,

Yes,

But that doesn't mean that there's going to be gratitude in the affirmation of the card.

This is the card of acceptance.

The affirmation is I embrace people,

Circumstances,

And opportunities with acceptance and gratitude,

Knowing everything changes.

When you have trouble coping with circumstances,

Remind yourself that everything is changing.

Every situation is temporary.

Time is continuously moving forward.

Something that is upsetting or hard to accept right now will not last.

No matter what you experience,

It is fleeting.

It may seem hard to imagine,

But there may be a day when you are not able to recall the difficulties of the present.

As you move into acceptance,

Your life will flow easier and you will be filled with love,

Gratitude,

And happiness.

A mermaid with rainbow hued hair greets a Phoenix with open arms.

The frothing ocean water at her fin may symbolize turbulence or upheaval that is clearing away and moving into calmness.

The sky carries the same message with dark clouds in the forefront,

Which diminish to a calm and beautiful sunrise.

The images on the card reflect the constant nature of change.

Accepting the reality of a scenario can be daunting.

Many aspects of a situation may affect how quickly you can move into a space of tolerance.

Before you come into acceptance,

You might move through rejection,

Disbelief,

Anger,

Or other emotions.

It may take time,

But eventually you will step past your initial reaction into acceptance.

While you are working towards acceptance,

Remain patient,

Understanding,

And kind with yourself.

Emotions are powerful.

And when a situation triggers you,

Sitting back and waiting for things to ease takes patience.

Trust that you are in a process which will take time to settle.

And then we have the card 45,

Solitude.

The affirmation of this card says,

I welcome the opportunity to spend time in solitude and become reacquainted with myself.

I welcome the opportunity to spend time in solitude and become reacquainted with myself.

You may feel you are constantly connected to technology,

Your phone,

And other people.

You may be longing to disconnect from some of the external hullabaloo.

Choosing to have some downtime has nothing to do with feeling sad,

Lonely,

Or antisocial.

Spending time alone can help you rediscover yourself and benefit your mental and physical wellbeing.

Solitude can help you remember who you are,

Even when you think you know yourself.

When you take a bit of space,

You can learn something new or find something you would like to have more of in your life.

The noise of the world may have caused you to go into a rote reaction where you shield your feelings to keep yourself safe.

Ooh,

I'm going to read that again.

That hits hard.

The noise of the world may have caused you to go into a rote reaction where you shielded your feelings to keep yourself safe.

When you spend time alone,

You can assess your life and look at your role in relationships.

You may also recall that you are responsible for taking care of your needs for love and happiness.

Time alone each day can help you develop clarity and create the space you need to stand independently.

When you spend too much time with other people,

You disconnect from your heart's desires.

Solitude can provide the opportunity for introspection about what you want and who you are.

As you understand your thoughts,

Reactions,

And choices,

You gain power over your life and take responsibility for yourself.

Your brain sparks with creativity when it is free of distractions.

Solitude can renew your resolve,

Your vigor,

And your confidence that things will work out as long as you are true to yourself.

Solitude may be the sustenance your soul needs.

It may also help you to reflect on the many blessings you have in your life and the gratitude for the blessings.

Hello?

It says the description is a woman sits in solitude with a book on her lap.

Magical fairings and nature beings float in the air in front of her.

A small chihuahua lies at her feet.

Her reading glasses sit on the table next to her.

The women can relate to feeling a bit confused and seeking peace.

The fairies and nature beings are connected to inspiration,

Opportunities,

And reaching your goals.

The dog can represent the aspects of your life for where you need emotional support or protection.

The affirmation is I welcome the opportunity to spend time in solitude and become reacquainted with myself.

That's our message to end this talk today.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to listen and truly tap into your understanding of the power of gratitude and how using gratitude can truly shift and change your life for the better.

Thank you for listening to this talk today,

And I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day.

Bye.
