Emily Dux was a lifelong anxious type A, striving in corporate America. Although she had been practicing meditation and mindfulness for over ½ of her life, somehow, she had built a life that revolved around high stress and high performance. Emily recently turned 40 and found out she was living with chronic disease - it was the wake-up call she needed. This is where Emily got serious about the consistency of her practice, prioritizing meditating every day—typically twice a day. Through this one simple change, which honestly takes less than one episode of most TV shows, she now has more love, peace and care for herself and others, bringing healing and peacefulness to her body, soul, and community. Emily is a Certified Masters of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher through the davidji Meditation Academy, and is in training to become a certified Mantra & Sacred Sounds Teacher.
