Her work supports individuals and space-holders to develop a more honest, embodied relationship with breath and body. Hannah recognises that in order to meet ourselves fully, we need to look at our internal and external environments, the systems and histories we are part of, including our relationship to land, ecology and the natural world. Without this, our understanding of both personal and collective growth remains partial. Her approach moves beyond technique alone and into grounded self-enquiry, where breath becomes a way of listening and connection. Hannah runs an accredited breathwork facilitator training centred on depth, responsibility and long-term practice. Her approach values the strength in the softness, allowing awareness to build gradually and supporting each breather to reclaim their own agency and wisdom.
