Hello and welcome to this meditation for balancing and connecting with your third eye chakra.

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Allowing your body and mind to relax.

Visualise a deep indigo light in the centre of your forehead,

Where the third eye chakra is located.

See this light growing brighter with each breath,

Expanding to fill your entire forehead with soothing and illuminating energy.

Imagine the indigo light swirling and spinning in a clockwise direction,

Clearing any blockages or stagnant energy within the third eye chakra.

Feel a sense of clarity and heightened awareness emanating from this energy centre.

As this indigo light swirls through you,

Visualise it filling and connecting every cell of your body.

See yourself connected to each part of yourself,

Able to communicate and receive wisdom from your own inner guidance,

However that shows up for you.

Expand your awareness beyond the physical realm.

Imagine yourself connecting with the vastness of the universe,

Opening your mind to receive divine knowledge and wisdom.

Embrace the infinite possibilities and profound insights that reside within you.

Observe any emotions or feelings that rise up in you.

Acknowledge them without judgement,

But accept yourself exactly as you are.

Let any questions you have form in your mind and release any expectation of an answer.

Trust that whatever wisdom you receive in this space is exactly what is intended for you right at this moment.

Remain in this healing energy of the third eye chakra for as long as you want.

When you're ready,

Take a few deep breaths,

Gradually bringing your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently open your eyes and carry the heightened awareness and spiritual connection of the third eye chakra with you into your daily life.

Note down any thoughts,

Feelings,

Observations or ideas that came to you.
