She qualified with the Australian College of Mindfulness and Meditation in January 2024 and has a desire to share her skills with others so they can enjoy the peace and tranquility practicing meditation regularly brings to a person’s life. Having lived experience of burnout in 2021, finding meaning and purpose in her life again using meditation techniques restored Jo’s energy and perspective. As a full-time health executive, her practice helps with balance, and grounding and reduces stress and anxieties of everyday life. She is a firm believer that a daily meditation practice within a very busy and chaotic life helps her to 'think in straight lines'
