A 8-Min Sleep Meditation. Water imagery (Guided) will lead you into sleep. You will find calm sleep by imagining yourself floating and diving in calm and safe water. Your insecurities will fade away with deeply experiencing and comprehending your connection to nature and your safety. Feeling your safety will free you to fall asleep. Music by NaturesEye (pixabay). Imagine you are facing a flat,

Calm ocean.

The sun is shining and little twinkles are showing on the surface of the water.

Imagine what it would feel like to be a drop in that ocean,

Supported and held by all the other drops,

Moving together in a harmonious rhythm,

Being a part of something bigger than yourself,

Which keeps you safe and needs you.

You are feeling protected.

Just for now,

Putting aside your attempts of understanding things in your life and figuring them out,

Deeply feeling the quietness of your consciousness,

While floating peacefully on the surface of the water.

The part of you which resembles the feeling of floating on water,

That is the liveliest and most creative part of you.

It resembles the feeling of falling asleep.

Floating on water feels like resting in the quietness of your consciousness.

Resting in the quietness of your consciousness feels nice,

Safe,

Alive.

Resting in the quietness space between thoughts.

There is no solution or real problem to be found in your thoughts when your emotions are signaling distress.

It's an unreliable hook,

Undependable invitation.

Imagine yourself back in the water.

Now you are swimming.

You are peacefully swimming out into the blue water.

You are floating there and it feels like flying.

Floating in this seemingly anti-gravity environment is a calming experience.

You are diving now.

Diving into the depth of the water.

Quietness is waiting for you there.

Weightlessness.

Peacefulness that cannot be found in daily life.

Something is magical and freeing in the underwater world.

You are now back on the surface of the water.

You feel a sense of awe as you look at the quiet surface of the water and you smell it.

What does it smell like?

You feel like you are part of something bigger than yourself.

For a small moment you stop judging yourself and others.

The water is soothing you and you are calm.

You feel as if you are having the best dream.

The water carries you slowly and safely with a gentle movement of the waves.

You are focused only on this movement.

On the sounds of the water as it is gently moved by the friendly wind.

You tune out all the other noise.

Our meditation is coming to an end.

Inviting you to come back to the space where you are now.

Gently when you are ready.

Still holding the feeling of the smooth wave movement.

Moving joyfully into sleep.

Resting in the quietness of your consciousness feels nice,

Safe,

Alive.

I want to thank you for spending this time with me.

My name is Lihi and I am happy to be here with you.

Thank you for choosing this meditation and me.

Bye
