Guided meditation to create your epic dream life is what I'm going to be guiding us today. And I'm like this because this is the opposite of fear. How we position our body is how we are actually creating our mindset. A lot of us are holding on to fears, Traumas, Tensions in the body. The body does keep a score and a lot of times we keep identifying with our past. Many of us were raised with a scarcity or a lack mentality. And what we are creating today is an abundance mindset with an abundance open body and raising our vibration to remember that it is our nature to be abundant. It is our nature to be creative. It is our nature to be constantly growing and expanding upwards. I invite everyone to lay down and feel yourself in a royal bed. Wherever you're laying, You're in a royal mattress, Royal yoga mat, Royal garden. And when you think of the word royalty and something very opulent, Imagine yourself adorned with all this jewelry. Maybe it's just this feeling of luster, Like a beautiful, Shiny, Big diamond or polished gold. And we're going to invoke this feeling of richness. Taking a deep breath in through your nose. Exhaling, Opening your mouth. And we're going to transport right now to the field of our imagination, Allowing our body to dive deeply and quickly into a very deep, Deep, Deep state of relaxation where we feel so relaxed and so released of all the scarcity mentality, Of all the stresses, Allowing these chimes to take you there to a very deep state of relaxation. Every exhalation, You're allowing yourself to release thoughts. Exhaling through your nose, Exhaling with a sigh. Each breath guiding you deeper into a deeper state of calm and peace. In the field of imagination, Imagining yourself as the most creative version of yourself. What if I was instantly creative and so creative in designing my dream life? This is where we're headed in this meditation, Opening our bodies even more to new possibilities, Unexpected gifts, Unexpected resources, Imagining ourselves in the future, And allowing yourself to feel free to dream, Remembering that you are creative and it is your, That's natural for you to create. Think of all the things you've created in your past. You've created your home, You've created your wardrobe, You've created your life. Many times we don't realize that we're creating the way that we were raised unconsciously creating. Today, You get to deliberately create. First and foremost, We're going to align with our soul, Which means getting really present to this moment. With your arms outstretched and your legs wide open, Feel yourself as a five-pointed star. Going into the future, Imagining yourself as such an amazing master at breathing and expanding your body. Inhaling three sniffs through your nose. And as you hold your breath, Feeling yourself so comfortable, Shining your light in the future happening now. You're outstretched, Holding your breath, Feeling so confident. Imagining what it would feel like to feel the gift that you are now. Exhaling ah. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. As your arms are outstretched and you feel that abundant and opulent goddess that you are now in the future now, Imagining what it would feel like for you to respond instead of react. But if you could witness your life and create your own decisions from this heart-centered awareness of yourself, Where you know that breathing deeply throughout the day and staying in your body and breathing slowly and relaxed is the optimum place to respond instead of react. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Imagine yourself in the future now that you already knew how to love yourself in a healthy way. You honor your no. You honor your yes. You respect yourself. Imagine what that would feel like if you could imagine what it would feel like to say no when you really feel it without any guilt or shame. You just speak how you wish to create and you know the power of your voice and your intentions. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Imagine that you have awesome self-management. You have a constructive daily schedule and everything feels so effortless and organized. You have more than enough time to get everything done that you really wish to prioritize. Imagine that you act freely and authentically, Regardless of what others say or think about you. Imagine what it would feel like if you had more than enough time with yourself to create. Stretch your arms out even more. Create the space in your body. Feel it. Feel feel feel that expansion. I have more than enough space, More than enough time to create. What would that feel like if you could imagine what it would feel like now? Imagine having so much time in your schedule that you get to just sit down and create and get everything done that you wish to get done, That your soul is just calling you to sit down to get done. And allowing yourself to feel the gratitude that you have for having had made yourself a priority and gotten to accomplish already, Creating everything that you've been wanting to create. I am accomplished. I decide to be accomplished. I choose to be accomplished. I give myself permission to accomplish all my goals and my dreams. Inhale inhale inhale. Ahh. And can you imagine if you already have this awesome relationship with yourself where you uplift yourself, Where you celebrate yourself and all your accomplishments every single day while you're in bed. You review the day and highlight the things that you said or thought or felt that you really enjoyed. You reinforce expansion, Growth, Liberation. Imagine what that would feel like to go towards success, Achievement, Accomplishment. How would it feel if you constantly were your own biggest cheerleader? Can you imagine what that would feel like to be automatically giving yourself a cheer, Way to go, Doing great. I love you. I'm so grateful for you. Thank you for that. Imagine if you gave yourself your own pep talks naturally, Especially when it comes to your body. Can you imagine if you felt that your body is so sacred and divine and miraculous and magical all the time that you treated yourself like royalty, Feeding yourself the healthiest foods, Making sure that you're peaceful when you're eating. And eating for you is such a ritual of loving yourself, Giving yourself nourishment where you turn your phone off, You get rid of all distractions and you commune with your food and your body and the divine, Divine eating, Divine nourishment. Imagine your meals as epic divine nourishment opportunities, Breathing into your stomach and allowing a wave of relaxation to flow over your body where you get to release the extra weight, Whatever you've been holding as you caress your stomach. What do I get to digest now? If you've ever had any self sabotage, Self criticism, Self judgment, Allowing yourself to be vulnerable and intimate right now with your stomach, Which is your solar plexus, Your center of will and manifestation. And with the other hand, You're touching your face and you're caressing your skin. Your face represents your identity and realizing that this is just an identity, That underneath it all is really energy and that you are the energy of love. I love you face. I love you face. I love you skin. I'm sorry if I've ever been hard on you. Please forgive me. Remembering how miraculous and magical you are divinely created as you continue to caress yourself with both hands. We're going to create this beautiful epic blessing ritual over your sacred body temple. You're allowing the past now to cleanse out of your body, Releasing all negativity, Low vibration words, Thoughts, Anything that you held from your childhood, Past life, Drop it. You don't even have to know what it is. It's unconscious. Are you ready, Willing and able to drop the narrative, The stories that are weighing you down and getting in your way of being successful, Of being a high achiever, An abundant goddess? Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Are you willing to let go of all shame, Fear, Lack, Playing small? Are you willing to just say yes to that? Yes, I decided to release that now. Before we do, What was it offering you? How have you benefited from holding on to shame or being scared about money flow, Of caring too much what other people think, Of not having a schedule? What has it offered you to have been in the past codependent or have intimacy challenges? How has it benefit you in the past to be reactionary in the past or doubt yourself in the past? Because it's all the past. It's in the past now. Take a deep breath in, Exhaling the past out of your body now. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale now. Filling yourself up, Illuminating your body, Feeling the opulence, The radiance, The epic cue, The awesome, You're bursting out now. In imagining in the future, Three months from now, That you've already had all those challenges to strengthen this version of yourself. Things happened and you navigated through them so successfully. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Opening up your body even more. You're doing great. Imagine three months from now in the future, You already have attracted unexpected gifts, Unexpected opportunities. What would it feel like? Ah, If I was living my dreams and if it was guided, It's just so much easier. People just come into my life. My dream partner, For example, If you wish to be in a relationship with someone, Hold hands with them right now. Imagine that you're already holding hands with your beloved and maybe there's two beloveds. Abundance. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, You get to decide. My ideal romantic partnership, Partnerships, Holding hands, What would it feel like to hold hands with my beloveds? Can you imagine what it would feel like if it were already true? Now, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Feeling so much love inside yourself flowing through you. Feel it. I am so grateful I'm living my dream life with my partner or partners. What feels right for me? What feels aligned for me? How do I wish to feel with my partner? Have I even thought of that? Close your eyes and feel it. Create it right now. How would I like to feel? I am safe in my partnership. I am heard. I am acknowledged. I am appreciated. Imagine having a relationship where you feel so honored and appreciated. Where you prioritize your self-care in that relationship and you remember yourself constantly and you treat yourself like royalty in your relationship and you have more than enough time in your romantic relationships. Imagine where there is such respect and admiration for each other. Open vulnerability, Comfortableness, Intimacy, Money flow mutually. Ahhh. Imagining yourself healing from all that shame or guilt from the past, Any resentments or bitterness. Imagine you're so present to all the different things that might come up and you navigate successfully. You have such emotional intelligence that the past comes up and you know that it's in the present moment and you just pause and flow it and free it and acknowledge it and there it went. And you navigate through all the thunderstorms and earthquakes successfully. Imagine being so resilient. You bounce back so easily. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Imagine that you trust yourself. It's so easy for you to trust yourself. Can you imagine what that would feel like if you could imagine what it would feel like to trust yourself? You honor your voice. You honor what feels aligned for you. Effortlessly, You say no or yes, Whatever feels aligned for you. I live in alignment. It's effortless. We're going to start now to surrender into our dream life now. Inhaling through the nose and with every exhalation creating an ah and the ah is awakening you to living your dream life now. Your voice is actually causing you to reveal to yourself more the truth of your dream life. Allowing yourself to open up to the possibility of living your dream life now and every single day in every single way you are magnetizing even more unexpected opportunities, Unexpected lives, Unexpected resources, Unexpected people that are coming into your life that want to help you and support you to accomplish your goals. Can you imagine receiving exponential abundance in all areas of your life? Are you willing to? I decide to live an abundant life. I am abundant. I choose to be abundant. I'm free to be abundant. Give myself permission to be abundant. I'm open to being abundant. I get to be abundant. I know I am abundant. I love that I am abundant. I'm so grateful that I am abundant. Can you imagine what it would feel like to be abundant if it were already true? Breathe in the feeling of abundance in all areas of your life. Can you imagine feeling comfortable being intimate and sharing your deepest feelings with yourself and others? I decide to be comfortably vulnerable. I choose to be comfortably vulnerable. I'm free to be comfortably vulnerable now. I give myself permission to be comfortable being vulnerable. I get to be comfortable being vulnerable. I love that I am comfortable with my vulnerability. Can you imagine what that would feel like to be so comfortable with your vulnerability if it were already true? Breathe in the feeling comfortable in your power, Which is vulnerability. Regardless of if you feel a little nervous at times, You do your E3 breath, You breathe, Breathe, Breathe, Hold it, Hold it, Hold it. You let yourself feel your nervous, Excited, And then ah, And you reveal your feelings. You express them. Imagine being so courageous and allowing yourself to invite the feeling of high performance, Optimal performance. What if my life I was running it on optimal performance? That means I take breaks before I feel tired. I'm so in tune to my body wisdom and I make time to reflect on how my body feels throughout the day and I treat myself like royalty because I know that I am precious, Sacred, Divine, Stretching your arms out, Opening your legs even more and abundant like a five pointed star. That is what I am. Radiant, Abundant. Feel your radiance. Focused. Inhale inhale inhale focused. Imagine being so focused. You have more than enough time for your life to get everything done that you wish to. Imagine what that would feel like to be so focused and that you check in with yourself every morning. What are my top three priorities? What would I like to get done today? Imagine being so organized that it's effortless. Leaning back and relaxing even more and asking your higher self, What is my dream life? Look like, Feel like. Watching yourself as you lay there, You've already accomplished your dream life now. How would I feel if I was already living my epic, Awesome dream life? My relationships are so healthy, Uplifting, Supportive with myself and others. I know how to navigate with my self care, My self love. I honor my feelings. I share myself vulnerably, Intimately. I know how to command my creative energy myself. I am my own greatest source of love. I am love. I feel so fulfilled being with myself. I am honest and authentic, Kind and compassionate, Forgiving, Accepting. Imagining yourself that you are so grateful for yourself. You feel how healing your own vibrancy is. Feel your healing energy. You've done so much processing of the past judgments, Criticisms, Analysis that you no longer wish to judge anymore. You only wish to love. I am love. I decide to be love. I choose to be love. I am free to be love. I give myself permission to be love. I get to be love. I know I am love. I love that I am love. Allowing yourself to imagine the highest version of yourself. If you could love the way creator loves unconditionally, Imagine what that would feel like to walk, Embodying your divine nature. Realizing that you are the most sacred sanctuary. You are the most sacred sanctuary and that it is found in you. Imagine yourself as feeling that you are in service of divine love. And allowing yourself to move the way love asks you to move. For you hold the universe within you. Allowing yourself to receive the gift that you are the force of an ever expanding love. Imagine yourself living as if your ego is in service of your soul. Imagine you trusting in your soul's divine timing and trusting in the unknown. Are you willing to relinquish all control now and allow yourself to be divinely guided, Heart guided, Heart led? Yes, Yes, Yes. Feeling yourself already whole and complete and so worthy of the miracles that are meant for you. Feeling yourself saying, I have arrived. I am where I will always be in love. Feeling yourself as the bridge between heaven and earth. Fully human and fully divine. Allowing your inner priestess to come out, The inner goddess, The inner shaman, The inner medicine woman, The saintly and the sinner and loving it all. The adventurous, The childlike, The mysterious, The curious. You're pulling back the curtains and you're allowing yourself to see the vastness of your human beingness and your soul essence radiating out like as brilliant as the sun. Remembering that this is your nature to be vibration and that when we radiate out, We see that reflected back. Allowing yourself to feel your radiance now, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. You're so sparkly, Glistening. Feeling yourself already living your epic dream life. What do you see in your epic life? If you're already living in feeling so inspired, So courageous, So abundant, So extreme, So extraordinary, So majestic, So opulent, It is so natural for you to live in your greatness. Even in the face of inevitable failures, You keep going. There's this inner drive and you don't stop until you're satisfied. You're so present and inspired. You know that you can get things done because you know how powerful you are. And you see yourself as a work of art, An epic work of art. What a great idea, Universe, To create me. And you're humble about it. This is your soul talking. I am so grateful for my epic life, Which is just a reflection of you honoring the epic you. Allow yourself to choose a color that for you symbolizes epic, Awesome, Magnificent, Opulent, Radiant. What colors do I associate with that? And envision yourself adorned in these colors. This is the aura of the frequency that you're emitting, The light that you're emitting, These radiant, Rich, Opulent colors. You have the Midas touch, Opportunities abound, Unexpected gifts, Unexpected resources. Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes. And every single cell in your body, So healthy and radiant. Your immune system is off the charts, Your hormones are super balanced. You are super abundant, Supernatural, Radiantly healthy, Feeling it in your whole body. Strong, Sexy, Lean and light. What would that feel like if I was already strong, Sexy, Lean and light? Ah. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Ah. Connecting our sounds with our pelvic floor now. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Exhaling the sound, Ah. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Hold it for as long as you can. Ah. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Hold it, Pause, Expanding even more, Radiating outwards with these vibrant colors of abundance and opulence and radiance. Feeling the energy that you are, The gift that you are, One in a billion. Ah. Thank you for creating me. Thank you in advance for all the blessings in my life. Thank you in advance for all the precious different ways that I get to share my gifts, My uniqueness with the world. There is only one of you with your background and your trainings. What if it was all on purpose, My past, So that I could be this person laying here open wide? Are you willing to receive the gifts from your past and have peace with your past now? Feeling yourself so at peace, So abundant, So grateful. I love my life. I am so grateful for my life. I love that I love my life. I love my body. I am so grateful for my body. I love that I get to love my body every day, Feed it healthy food, Move it, Exercise it, Honor it, Respect it, Value it. And seeing that reflected back into your life, How you feel about yourself is how you attract. Feeling the deepest love, Kindness, Respect, And admiration for yourself. You are royalty, Divine royalty. Soaking up your dream life now, Bathing in these rich colors, And bringing yourself back into your body, Into this present now moment. Coming back into this room, Bringing all that future deliciousness into this present now. Feeling so grateful for how creative you are and the power of your imagination to draw to your life miraculous and magical, Unexpected opportunities and gifts.
