Welcome to today's meditation.
Make yourself comfortable wherever you're sitting or lying down.
If possible sit straight back neck the head aligned in a straight line.
Take few deep breaths into your stomach and gently let it go.
Let's take a deep breath in.
Fill your stomach with all the air,
Positive energy into your stomach.
And gently let go all that doesn't belong to us,
All that doesn't serve us.
Gently let it go.
Take a deep long breath into your stomach.
Gently let it go.
Do that for few minutes to trigger our mind to calm down.
Let go all the thoughts.
Let go all the thoughts.
Observe the sensations in your body.
Observe any emotions you're carrying.
Let them go gently.
Bring your consciousness to the tip of your nose around the nostrils.
Just observe that part as you inhale and exhale.
Let go all the thoughts.
As you breathe in,
Observe the air making contact on your nostrils.
As you breathe out,
Observe the area where it makes the last contact.
Bring your full consciousness to this particular area.
Let go all others which doesn't help us right now.
It's pretty natural for mind to wander.
Just bring it back to the breathing.
As soon as you catch yourself mind wandering,
Gently bring it back to the breathing.
Let go all that doesn't require to be right now.
Let go all the habitual thoughts.
Let go all the future planning.
Let's be present right here,
Right now.
Be an observer of your breath.
Don't try to alter or change anything.
As the thoughts come in,
Be observer of the thought as well.
Try to connect,
Analyze.
Nothing is required.
Gently absorb the breath.
As soon as you catch your mind wandering,
Gently bring it back to the breathing.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Breathe out.
Breathe in all the divine energy around you,
All the positive energy around you.
Breathe out all the toxins,
All that energy that doesn't help us right now.
All that energy that doesn't belong to us.
Try to relax your body,
Drop your shoulders.
Don't try to hold any stress or tension in any part of the body.
Now let's visualize a place which is a familiar place where you feel comfortable and happy.
It could be a place where you recently been or in the past.
Just visualize as many details as you can.
If nothing prompts,
Just visualize you're lying down on a camping ground,
Visualizing the stars in the night.
Nothing really matters except you feel you're part of this big universe,
Lying down by yourself,
Imagining how amazing sky you look at it.
Feel the energy,
Observe as many details as you can.
As you lie down,
Just let go everything which doesn't require to be right now.
As you lie down,
Let the Mother Earth ground you with all the shielding and protection for you,
Safe and secured.
Just observe the stars.
Feel that out of so many stars,
There will be one star which is going to grab your attention.
Tune into that star to listen,
Feel.
You can start communicating in your minds.
What is that I need to know right now?
What is the one thing I need to do today?
What is the one thing I need to drop and let go?
Any other questions you might need answers to.
As you connect to the star,
You can feel that you're receiving answers the way you can understand.
Sit with the awareness that you're going to be communicating with the star.
If you haven't got any answers,
Request to be shown some.
As the day progresses,
Ask the star to show some signs which will lead to the answer.
Be vigilant.
Just spend few minutes connecting to the star,
Feel that you're grounded,
Feel the energy,
Feel the connection.
You can start communicating with the star.
You can start communicating with the star.
You can start communicating with the star.
You can start communicating with the star.
You can start communicating with the star.
You can start communicating with the star.
Just observe the silence.
Observe the energy,
Vibration and raise within your physical body.
Observe the connection to the divine.
This awareness generates some happy thoughts in your mind.
This happy vibration will be programmed in your subconscious mind to bring up some person,
Place which makes you immense happy.
Or it could be totally imaginary.
Generate those happy thoughts.
Let your energy raise with the happiness.
This peace,
Silence and happiness let's share this very high vibrational energy to immediate family members,
Pets.
Extended family members and their pets.
Everybody at workplace,
Their partners and pets.
To the situations we face everyday.
To all our customers.
To anybody who might need this energy right now.
Unconditionally let it flow through.
Let us be conduit.
Gently bring all the energies back to you.
Feel that you're grounded.
Feel the place where you're sitting.
Feel your body.
Feel your breath.
Bring your attention to the surroundings.
