Good morning,

Welcome to the meditation.

Make yourself comfortable.

Sit straight,

Back neck and head aligned,

Straight line.

Try to relax your body.

Drop your shoulders.

Just observe the body if you're holding any stress or tension in any parts of the body.

Try to relax it.

Gently close your eyes.

Let go all the expectations of the meditation.

Let's open ourselves further,

Whatever comes in.

Bring your attention to forehead in between your eyebrows.

Just observe that part for a few seconds.

Take a few seconds.

Take a few deep long breaths into your stomach.

Gently let go.

Now bring your attention to the breathing.

As you breathe in,

Breathe out,

Just observe the air coming in and leaving your body.

As you inhale,

Visualize you're taking all the universe positive energy,

Divine energy into you.

As you exhale,

Let go all that doesn't serve us,

All that doesn't belong to us.

All those thoughts and energies which we are fighting within us.

Now let's bring our full awareness to the breathing tip of your nose or in and around your nostrils.

As you breathe in,

Observe where air makes contact on your nostrils.

As you breathe out,

Observe.

Very subtle,

Take few breaths to pinpoint an area.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Just monitor that particular area.

This allows us to be mindful and living in the present moment.

As you breathe in,

Observe.

It's natural for our mind to wonder.

Many,

Many thoughts will come up.

As soon as you catch your mind wondering or going in the thoughts trail,

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Let's not alter,

Change,

Force,

Resist.

Gently be in this moment observing the breath.

As you breathe in,

Observe.

As you breathe out,

Just monitor.

As you breathe out,

Just monitor.

Let go all the chatter of mind.

Let go any sensations,

Discomforts in the body.

Try to be still.

Any discomfort,

Any thought,

Let it be like a passing cloud.

Let go.

Regularly keep checking on your mind,

Still with the breathing or is it wondering?

Any time you catch your mind wondering,

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Keep observing your mind.

Is it still with the breathing or is it wondering?

If you catch your mind wondering,

Be gentle,

Bring it back to the breathing.

Take a few deep breaths into your stomach and gently let it go.

Now gently bring some happy thoughts in your mind.

It could happen recently or in the past or it could be totally imaginary,

Something which raises your vibrations.

Let's go into the thought for a few seconds.

Try to gain as many details as we can.

Gently raise your vibrations with the happiness.

Genuinely feel the happiness in and around you.

Let it radiate.

Live in those happy moments for some time.

Let's bring three things we are grateful for today.

Let's develop some gratitude along with the happiness.

Let's take a few moments to express our gratitude.

Let this happiness and gratefulness and gratitude take few moments to comprehend the meditation.

Meanwhile,

Thank you for meditating with me today.

I would like to thank my spirit guides and Sai for providing this knowledge,

Wisdom and ability to conduct this meditation.

May we all be free of sufferings.

Lots of love and light.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Gently take a few deep breaths into your stomach.

Feel your toes and fingers.

Send the gratitude to our Divine and our parents who brought us into this world.

When you're ready,

Gently rub your hands.

Place them on your eyes.

Open your eyes.

Thank you.
