Please close your eyes and assume a comfortable position wherever you are sitting.
Take a deep long breath and then just let it go.
Welcome to today's meditation.
Today we do some relaxation and healing meditation.
Take a deep long breath again.
Take until the belly and slowly let it go.
One more time take a deep long breath and slowly let the air go.
Before we start meditation,
Take a stock check of your mind.
Rate yourself 1 to 10.
How are you feeling right now?
This is the measurement at the end to see how the meditation helps us.
Just keep breathing normally.
Breathe in the entire universe strength into you.
Breathe out all the stress and tension.
As you do this,
See how your physical,
Psychological and soul slowly starts to relax.
Take full deep breaths and slowly let it go.
Visualize your breathing in the universal strength and letting go all the stress and tension.
At this stage,
Allow your breath to discover its own nature and speed.
Unhurried pace.
As any ideas or any thoughts come in or enter your mind,
Just let them be an unattached thought.
Don't attach to any thoughts.
Just be an observer.
As you settle down and sink into the meditation and relaxation,
Let the music make you feel you are in your favorite space.
Bring some happy thoughts into you.
It could be a place,
It could be a person,
It could be a pet.
Whatever that makes you happy.
As you bring in that happy thought,
Just fill your entire physical body and surroundings with that happiness.
Feel the feeling of happiness.
Just let go all the stress and tension which you have been carrying.
Nothing matters at this time.
Just do a quick body scan from head to toe to see any part of the body is holding any stress or tension.
If so,
Just breathe into that part of the body.
Let the breath and oxygen and universal energy relax that part of the body.
Just try to observe your breathing.
By paying attention to your nostrils,
Tip of your nose.
As you observe your breathing will become slow and peaceful.
Your thoughts seem to be disappearing slowly.
You might feel your arms and feet getting warmer.
Simply breathe in as your thoughts start disappearing.
As you pay attention to your breathing,
You feel rest of the things.
Nothing matters at this time.
Let go all the thoughts,
Let go all the tension as your body falls into the state of peacefulness.
What happened before meditation,
Nothing matters right now.
As we do the conscious breathing,
We heal ourselves.
As we slow down our thoughts,
We heal ourselves.
Let the thoughts come and go as the clouds in the sky.
You feel very relaxed and peaceful right now.
Capture those moments as you relax yourself.
Your breath is so relaxed and peaceful and it is so deep where nothing matters,
No thoughts will disturb you.
As you are relaxed and calm,
Hear the silence in your mind.
This peaceful,
Silent state can only be attained in the meditation and when you silence your thoughts.
Just going to pause for a few minutes for you to feel this quietness.
If any thoughts come during this silence,
Just concentrate on your breathing.
If you have to bring yourself back to the peaceful state,
Just concentrate on the music at the background.
While you pay attention to your breathing.
Let the thoughts come and go as the clouds in the sky.
You feel very relaxed and peaceful right now.
Just so relaxed and calm,
Enjoying this quietness.
Let the soul heal with whatever it needs to be healed at this point.
Let the body heal.
Let the mind heal.
Whatever it needs to be healed,
Let it happen in the silence.
You continue paying attention to your breathing.
Feel the energy around you healing you.
Let the thoughts come and go as the clouds in the sky.

Let the mind,
Soul be so peaceful.
Allow the universal energy,
Divine energy to heal you.
Whatever needs to be healed right now.

As you prepare yourself to come back,
Just maintain this peace and quiet mental space.
Feel the position where you are sitting.
When you know it's time to leave this quiet place,
Start to begin yourself to return by wiggling your toes and fingers.
Gently let your breathing bring you back.
If needed,
Take a deep long breath.
A couple of breaths if you need it.
Just to trigger your brain.
Pause for a moment and rate yourself how you feel right now.
As you bring energies back to the physical body,
Just remind yourself that you can get to this peaceful state anytime you want.
Remind yourself that just your thoughts,
Your physical body brought you to this peaceful state and you can get to this state anytime.
Before you open your eyes,
Just send this peaceful,
Quiet,
Healing energy to immediate family members,
Pets,
Situations,
Extended family members,
Anybody who can benefit with this.
Bring all your energies back to your physical body.
Feel the place where you are sitting.
Rub your hands.
Place them on your ears.
If you want to continue the meditation and enjoy the peaceful state,
You can just disconnect.
Or if you want to finish the meditation,
Open your eyes.
