
I Am Enough
We lose our importance in the world with day to day stress and tensions. This meditation helps to affirm the importance of our existence with I am enough affirmations, helping us accept ourselves the way we are.

Close your eyes make yourself comfortable wherever you're sitting find a comfortable position whether you're sitting or lying down which makes you comfortable make a mental note of how you're feeling right now physically mentally 0 to 1 10 10 being very disturbed 0 being relaxed rate yourself take a deep long breath through the nose hold for a few seconds try to slowly release the breath through your nose if you rated yourself below 5 which means you're disturbed or you're mentally or physically tired you can take a deep long breath and release it from your mouth something similar to so just let the system get shaken up do that couple of times if you rated yourself above 5 just take a deep long breath slowly release it through your nose you take another breath in allow your breathing to relax you as you exhale fully don't force or alter your breathing from now onwards just naturally let the air come in every exhale relax you breathe in gently without altering without forcing as you breathe out let the air carry all the tension worries stress from your body you continue to breathe slowly as you breathe slowly and gently begin to focus on your relaxing your body from top of your head to the toes go through each part of your body do a body scan see if there is any stress or tension holding in any part of the body notice where your body is tensed as you notice the tension breathe into that part of the body as you breathe into that part picture that your body is becoming slightly relaxed let the breath clear the stress or tension let each breath relax your body deeper and deeper into it you you relax your shoulders drop your weight let them limp and lose once you start feeling relaxing your body let that feeling grow in your physical and physical body so that you are totally relaxed breathe in all the relaxation into your body breathe out all the tension breathe in the calmness of the universe into you as you breathe out let the stress and tension exhale continue to breathe slowly and gently just experience the relaxation each breath it brings to your body you feel deeper and deeper into the relaxation relaxation brings the calmness and peace into you just breathe in breathe out leave everything which happened in the past behind leave everything future which is unknown let's live in this moment each breath relaxes us deeper and deeper into peace just bring some happy thoughts into your consciousness which makes you purely happy it could be recently something happened or some time back or at your childhood or a place someone's company or some food animal whatever it brings you pure happiness bring those thoughts into your consciousness picture those images in your forehead area where the third eye resides just let that happiness fill entire your body shell the soul feel the happiness if you can't bring anything you can create an imaginary happy place it's up to you what you want to bring to your consciousness let the happiness multiply in your body let the happy vibrations radiate through entire body bring as much details as you can about this happiness then are there any sounds attached to it or different pictures place smell visualize where you are in that picture what's that one thing is making you happy in that picture why that particular picture is so happy for you the surroundings is the state of mind what makes you so happy just bring that enjoy feeling from that place to your consciousness you feel safe and happy at peace with yourself in that picture nothing matters remain yourself in that peaceful loving happy state which helps this meditation more it is relaxes you more with that consciousness of happiness imagine a white light on top of your head expand the white light to become a bubble where you will be protected from any negative energy any illness anything dotted at you white light takes it away from you let the other end penetrate through the mother earth anchors you only love and compassion can come through this well on where you're safe secured and grounded very relaxed and at peace you can use some of the formations to make it more peaceful at this state I'm at peace with myself repeat that statement for a couple of times I'm at peace with myself I'm at peace with myself I appreciate who I am I appreciate who I am I appreciate who I am I value myself as a person I
