Good evening.
Thank you for joining my meditation today.
This meditation is aimed at self-esteem and relaxation meditation.
So time to time,
We do suffer with our self-esteem.
So this impacts our day-to-day working ability and it gets to a stage it becomes really hard to even survive hour to hour.
So let's aim to relax ourselves so that we can go deeper into our meditation.
Relaxing with affirmations,
Meditation,
Included visualization and on top of all this,
If you add the deep breathing it gives you profound results out of it.
So let's try doing this for a few minutes.
Close your eyes,
Sit wherever you are sitting comfortably.
Try to breathe normally.
Breathe in gently and breathe out gently.
Don't put any pressure,
Don't force yourself.
Just follow the instructions.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
If the sitting posture is not comfortable you can lie down too.
Just make sure that you don't cross your legs,
Arms,
Hands so that the natural flow of energy will happen.
Now take a deep long breath from your nose and then just let us release it through the mouth so that we can signal our mind to quieten.
Just do a couple more times without my instructions.
So now get back to your gentle breathing.
Just breathe in normally,
Gently,
Without any force and then breathe out normally.
While you do the breathing,
Concentrating on your nostrils.
As the air comes into your body,
Just monitor the air touching the nostrils.
Then follow the air up to your belly and follow as it comes back.
Slowly let it go.
As you do this,
I want you to read 1 to 10 how you are feeling right now in the self esteem area and the stress and tension you are going through right now.
As you breathe in,
Breathe out,
You see yourself,
Your thoughts are calming down.
Then you feel relaxed.
While you feel relaxed,
Just try to do a quick body scan from head to toe to see any part of the body you are holding,
The stress,
Tension or stiffness.
As you scan through,
Just make sure that you are not forcing anything.
If any part of the body is tensed,
Focus in that particular area.
Just breathe into that place so that it relaxes.
Keep continuing until you feel your body is relaxed.
As you feel relaxed,
Just feel how it feels to be gentle,
Relaxed,
Soft,
Calm,
Let loose.
Overall,
Just free of stress,
Tension,
Nothing matters right now.
Just breathe in the relaxation.
Just visualize that the entire relaxation is being sent to you via breathing.
Just take that free release air into you.
Let all the stress and tension get away from your body.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Just continue breathing slowly,
Gentle,
Deep breathing into your belly.
As you enjoy this freedom,
You are in a safe place.
This meditation helps you to calm down,
Relax,
Let it gain more self-esteem and confidence in you.
With this meditation,
We are going to start with some affirmations to ourselves.
I am who I am.
I accept fully everything I do.
I am at peace with myself.
I love and accept myself unconditionally.
Others' opinion doesn't define me.
I am a spiritual being in a human body.
I have every right to be happy in every moment.
I choose to be happy.
I choose to be confident.
I choose to select the positive thoughts.
I choose to select the positive thoughts.
I choose to select the positive thoughts.
I recognize my emotions.
I recognize my energy and others' energy if it is impacting me.
The plus and the release are that doesn't serve me.
I feel very good about who I am today.
I am where I am meant to be.
Everything led up to this time and this situation that I am meant to be where I am.
Every situation takes me to higher self.
Every situation provides me strength.
All I request is let the experiences be gentle with me and people around me.
I embrace who I am and feel secured who I am today.
I accept myself unconditionally.
I care for myself and people around me.
I come first before I put someone else in front of me.
I take time for myself without feeling guilt.
I promise myself to take care of myself right now.
This is my first step to create these affirmations to myself.
Every situation I deal with has God's blessings.
I am one with God,
The creator.
Every story I tell myself is going to lead me to the confident future.
I accept myself unconditionally.
I love myself the way I am.
I validate myself.
I don't need anyone else to validate me.
I feel confident.
Keep breathing.
As you breathe,
If you have other affirmations you want to tell yourself,

Just be calm and quiet for a few minutes so that you can add your own affirmations.
As we come to the end of the meditation,
If you feel like continuing the meditation after recording completes,

If not,
If you want to wake up and get on with your day-to-day life,
Please bring all your energies back to your body.
Feel where you are sitting.
Slowly wiggle your toes and fingers.
Slowly rub your both hands together.
Place them on your eyes.
Slowly,
Slowly open your eyes.
Feel your taking your palms over your eyes.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
