Namaste beautiful beings.

I'm so glad that you're here with me.

If you're here you're probably drawn to Kali Yama's energy and her spirit.

Kali Yama is very misunderstood in the world.

Most people think that she's scary.

As a child of hers there's no need to be scared.

But it speaks to the depth of her love and how powerful she is.

It speaks to how fierce her love is.

Kali Yama is the ultimate.

She is the creator,

The sustainer and the destroyer.

She is the female form of Shiva.

Her love knows no bounds.

Her love is miraculous and transformative and instant.

When she's with you she is with you.

She waits.

She waits for you to say enough is enough.

She waits for you to say no more.

I will not tolerate this.

I would like to guide you into a meditation for her where we offer our burdens onto her.

You can repeat after me.

You can light a diya or candle if you'd like.

And let's call in Kali Yama.

Kali Yama I thank you for your ever-presence,

For your omnipresence,

Your omnipotency and your omniscience.

I thank you for always protecting me and having your hand over my life.

I offer you these burdens today.

I offer you the pain,

The trauma,

The suffering.

I offer you the illusions that I cannot see through and I ask for you to take it away.

I ask for you to transmute it into divine love energy and divine light.

I thank you Ama for never leaving me,

Never forsaking me,

For always being present even when I don't know,

Even when I don't see.

I ask for vision to be able to see what I cannot.

I ask for my heart to open.

I ask for your blessings and your continued presence in my life.

I thank you for all that you do and I love you.

Amen.

You can chant after me.

We're only going to do it nine times.

However if you'd like to chant a hundred and eight times you're more than welcome to after the meditation ends.

Hi Noreena I love your gentle voice, at times speaking slowly or maybe taking a pause would have been more impactful. Speaking for myself I would love to see the mantra in writing on the presentation card. Overall a very good meditation and introduction to Kali Maa. Love and light to you. πŸ’œ You got this!!!
