You've been feeling overwhelmed,

Perhaps even joyful,

Peaceful,
Celebratory,
Thankful,
Or somewhere in between.
Once whatever you're feeling is a-okay,
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our life,
In the unfolding of our moment to moment.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend?
You can lie down or sit down.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever you like.
Beginning to notice how you feel in this moment.
How does the body feel?
What's the mind up to?
What's the energy level?
It's the inner climate.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's observed.
And letting go of thoughts coming into the body as you take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Really?
Breathing out.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Great again.
And breathing out.
Inherent faith in yourself.
And exhale,
Fifth,
Last one.
Bidding and compassion.
It acts as understanding patience.
Doing good,
My friends.
Stay with me.
Aware of your posture and suit breathing.
And breathe out.
Breathing in awareness,
Exhale awareness.
Really,
Man.
Breathing out.
Inhale.

Breathe again.

Softening the face,
Relaxing the jaw,
The eyes,
The forehead,
Relaxing the neck,
The shoulders,
The throat,
Stomach,
Your hands,
Your feet.
Suffering.
Letting go.
Letting go of needing to know all the answers or needing to have total control.
Coming back to trust and the unfolding of life.
Trust and the greater intelligence that moves through life,
That moves through even our most challenging circumstances.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
It's pretty good,
Right?
Breathing out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.

Noticing when just like touching a hot stove and you burn yourself and then you started to put two and two together that oh if i touch that stove i'm gonna burn burn myself and it's gonna hurt i'm gonna suffer It's just like that,
Going through life,
Noticing how we're burning ourself.
Sometimes it's not always so obvious as touching a hot stove.
It can be more subtle than that.
With the way that we're thinking about things,
The way that we're relating to what's happening in our life,
It can be like touching a hot stove.
We don't even realize that we're hurting ourself.
Consciousness,
More awareness,
Being more present,
Being more in the moment to notice those things.
