Back with another music meditation,
Just to see if you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Worried,
Perhaps even joyous,
Peaceful,
Loving,
Trusting,
Celebratory,
Or somewhere in between.
Notice you're not alone,
That so many people around the globe can relate to the same anxieties,
The same hopes and fears.
That being said,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of life,
Trust in our awareness of something beyond the mind.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
Bringing more awareness to your whole body,
Bringing more awareness to your energy.
Not trying to change the breath,
But just witnessing the rise and fall,
Feeling your feet underneath you,
Listening with your whole body,
Taking a deep breath in,
Breathing in trust,
And exhale,
Expanding trust,
Deepening trust within the mind and body,
Feeling a trust spread,
Melting away fear,
Worries,
Anxieties,
As you breathe in love,
And exhale,
Expanding love,
Deepening love inside,
Breathing in compassion,
And exhale,
Expanding compassion,
Deepening compassion inside.
Feeling a warm,
Open,
Compassionate energy spreading through the mind and body,
Dissolving anger,
Insecurities,
Misunderstanding,
And exhale,
Expanding kindness inside,
Feeling the medicine of kindness spread through the mind and body,
Breathing into the belly,
Doing good my friend,
Stay with me,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in,
And breathe out,
And breathe in,
Breathing into the belly,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the mind,
As you look inside,
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think,
Taking a deep breath in,
Way to stay with it my friend,
So happy you'll join me today,
Across time and space,
Joining each other in a special way,
Breathing,
Going inwards,
For the cure,
Breathing into the belly,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
As you drop the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the jaw,
The forehead,
The eyes,
It's safe to close the eyes,
Looking in,
And exhale,
The color for today is indigo,
The number is 100,
And the animal is a buffalo.

That can help with the loneliness,
That can help to embrace aloneness,
Realizing that we're never actually alone,
