Welcome my friends,

Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just to come back to our center.
If you've been feeling stress,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Bored,
Or perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Celebratory,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day,
In the unfolding of our moment to moment.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like.
Softening the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
It's safe to close the eyes,
Looking inside,
Witnessing and welcoming all that you see,
All that you feel.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
And a deep breath out the nose.
Taking three breaths in through the nose,
And three breaths out the nose.
Three in,
And three out.
Three inhales through the nose,
And three exhales out the nose.
Breathing in slower,
And exhale even slower.
Coming back to trust,
Coming back to love,
Coming back to compassion as you breathe in through the nose,
Exhaling that breath down the spine.
Feeling yourself rooted like a tree,
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath,
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,
And exhale down the spine.
Dropping the shoulders away from your ears,
Feeling your heart,
Feeling your heart and your spine,
Both at the same time,
Alive,
Full of light,
Full of spaciousness.
Coming back into the body as you breathe in three times through the nose,
And exhale three times out the nose.
Three inhales through the nose,
And three exhales out the nose.
Three inhales through the nose,
And three exhales out the nose.
Three exhale.
Three slower inhales through the nose,
And three long exhales out the nose.
Empty of breath,
Just be empty,
Becoming aware of your awareness.
I want you to visualize a beam of light shooting up the spine all the way to the top of your crown,
And I want you to visualize blessings resting gently at the top of the crown.
Blessings spreading through the mind,
Blessings spreading through the heart,
Through the belly.
The feeling of being blessed spreading through the whole body as you breathe in,
Holding those blessings at the top.
The color for today is navy blue.

And the animal is a zebra.

When we're just going through the motions,

It's difficult to be creative.
Creativity comes from seeing the freshness,
The newness of each moment,
And treating this day like it's a king,
A queen,
Like something royal,
Something to be bowed down to.
Each day is like this,
Not just ordinary,
But extraordinary.
That feeling,
That perception can lead to creativity,
Can lead to more joyfulness.
