Perhaps I don't know all that awareness is.

Just to soothe,
Relax,
Come back to a sense of calm,
Balance,
Groundedness.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Tired,
Bored,
Perhaps even joyful,
Peaceful,
Playful,
Grateful,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you fear is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unboding of life.
Not always easy to trust life,
But that's why we practice.
Thankful that you would show up today to practice with me.
Getting comfortable my friends,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever feels natural.
Beginning to notice how you feel.
The energy,
The inner climate,
Witnessing and welcoming whatsoever subserves.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale all life,
All energy.
Every cell in the body breathing in.
Every cell in the body exhale,
Letting go.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the chest,
Relaxing the back,
Relaxing the arms and legs,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
As you breathe in.
And breathe out.
In hell.
And exit.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Allowing discomfort,
Allowing distractions.
A live art is present as you breathe it in.
Breathe out.
Breathe again.
Breathing out.
In here.
And exhale.
Breathing into the belly.
Exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Breathing in joyfulness.
And exit.
Breathing in left.
Excellent.
Breathing in balance.
And exhale.
Being in compassion.
And exhale.
Reading and understanding.
And exhale out.
Letting go of past,
Letting go of future,
As you breathe in this moment.
And exhale.
Breathing in aliveness.
And exhales.
Taking a deep breath in.
And holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale.
Way to stay with me,
My friend.
So happy you are joining me today despite challenges,
Setbacks,
Despite anxiety being there,
Insecurities being there.
We're still here,
Showing up.
Looking inside for the care,
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
La la la.
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the chest,
Dropping down from the head into the heart space as you breathe in.
Exhale,
Opening the heart.
Feeling the heart more open,
More receptive.
Strong.
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing man.
And breathing out.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom.
To think.
And let it go.
Letting go of all distress,
The worries,
The inner criticism,
The inner judgment,
The inner meanness.
As you come back to trust in yourself,
Trust in people,
Trust in the unfolding of life.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Coming away of your awareness,
Away of the true life.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
Taking one last deep breath for now.

The simple things to explore what love is,
Is actually quite a worthwhile exploration.
And sometimes we think that we know what it is.
And like that,
We put a box around it.
And we we think that we know it.
In fact,
Love is one of those qualities that is unknowable.
It's so multidimensional that even if we become acquainted with one aspect of love,
It goes on deeper and deeper,
Many layers to it.
Just to acknowledge and to humble ourselves that perhaps I don't know all that love is,
Perhaps I don't know all that awareness is,
That consciousness is.
That's a beautiful place to be that can open up a deeper experience of love,
Of awareness,
Of consciousness,
Just by acknowledging that we don't know it.
