Being present in the moment is how we receive more gifts.
They are always here,
It's just that we don't notice them because we're lost in thought,
Lost in the future,
Lost in the past.
Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just to come back to our center,
Whole body,
Without judgment,
Noticing your body,
To close the eyes,
Tuning deeper into your inner world,
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your awareness as you hold the breath and exhale down the spine,
Breathing up the spine,
All the way and exhale down the spine,
Taking three inhales through the nose and three exhales out the nose,
Three inhales through the nose,
Three exhales out the nose,
Three in,
Three out,
Dropping down from the head into the heart space,
Remembering that you have a heart,
Not just a mind,
But a heart with its own intelligence,
Its own beauty,
Its own rhythm,
Sending love to your heart space,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
Understanding,
Patience,
Gentleness.
The color for today is gold,
The number,

Being present in the moment is how we receive more gifts,

We all hear this a million times to be present,
So why don't we do it more?
There's something very enticing about going to the future or going back into the past,
So just be gentle with yourself as you notice that and also be curious about what it actually feels like to be present,
The blessing that is being present,
Starting to notice it more and more,
