Welcome my friend,

You're tuned in to channel Om Haikil,

I'm your host my man,

Back with another music meditation,

Just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you,

If you've been feeling lost,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Angry,

Lonely,

Guilty,

Experiencing jealousy,

Possessiveness,

Insecurity about a relationship,

Scarcity,

Lack and limitations,

Feeling confusion,

Misunderstood,

Perhaps even joyful,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Intuitive,

Creative,

Grateful,

Somewhere in between,

Whatsoever you feel,

Reminding you that you're not alone,

And that millions,

If not billions,

Of people can relate to the same worries,

The same frustrations,

The same discomfort,

Reminding you that we all go through things,

That being said my friend,

We're gonna take some deep breaths,

And see if we can come back to trust,

Intelligence,

Moving through our circumstance,

Mind leave the body,

As you breathe in love for yourself,

And exhale pushing the belly outwards,

Aware that you're breathing,

Know that you're alive,

As you inhale intuition,

And exhale letting go of confusion,

Eyes,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the negativity,

Inner criticism,

Shame,

Coming back into this moment,

Unlike any other,

Becoming aware of your presence,

As you hold the breath,

Lungs,

Just be empty,

Empty of breath,

And taking a deep inhale,

And exhale let go,

And for a few moments,

If your mind has been wanting to think,

I want you to let your mind be totally free to think,

Thoughts coming back into the body,

Aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're set,

Aware of your presence,

The past is history,

The future is a mystery,

And the present a gift,

Which is why we call it the present,

Taking a deep breath in,

Breathing into the nose,

Dropping the shoulders,

Relaxing the palms of your hands,

Relaxing the feet,

I want you to visualize awareness moving through the spine,

Top of the head,

And spreading through the chest,

Moving through the heart space,

Down into the belly,

Melting away pain,

Discomfort,

Tensions,

As you soften into openness,

Breathing this awareness into the whole body,

And exhale,

Relaxing the whole body,

The color for today is turquoise,

The number is 44,

Is a polar bear,

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love for yourself,

For your flaws,

Wishing you to remember that your presence has a purpose,

And that sometimes when we feel disconnected from ourself,

Or something like a purpose,

It can be because we're so much in the future,

So much in the past,

That we don't really take advantage of our present circumstance,

To really utilize all the resources that we have,

All the gifts,

All of the little blessings that are already here,

Not in the future,

But already here,

So to connect more to your purpose,

Connect more to the present,

And with that,
