I invite you now to close your eyes and relax.

Allow the sound of my voice to guide you into this unique visualization of a beautiful day.

Simply by leaning back and relaxing and taking a deep,

Slow breath,

Your body sinks deeper and deeper into relaxation.

There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.

You're simply breathing,

Relaxing,

And letting go.

I invite you now to notice it is morning.

You have woken up before any alarms and any noises.

The only sound you may hear is the sound of nature.

Maybe there's birds chirping outside,

The sound of the wind,

Whatever sound it may be.

Simply allow it to help you sink deeper and deeper into this visualization.

I invite you now to take in a deep,

Slow breath and feel how your body relaxes,

The muscles of your face,

Neck,

And shoulders are relaxing.

With each deep,

Slow breath,

Notice how simply breathing deeply and letting go allows your whole body to relax deeper and deeper.

Your back is relaxing,

Your chest and abdomen are relaxing,

The muscles around your spine and hips are relaxing,

Your legs and thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

And feet are relaxing.

You're simply laying there,

Starting to wake up,

And feeling this deep relaxation.

I invite you now to tap into your own sense of gratitude to begin your day and fill yourself with emotions of joy,

Love,

And deep connection.

I invite you now to imagine you are placing your hand at the center of your chest.

I invite you that if you choose to,

To place your hand there and feel that connection.

Feel the fingertips touching your skin.

Feel your heart pumping between your fingers.

Feel a deep sense of connection growing in your heart.

I invite you now to visualize that as we connect with our gratitude and give thanks for those things and people and situations that you are grateful for,

That a deep sense of relaxation extends all throughout your body and there's a powerful color green growing at the center of your heart.

As your intuition guides you and shares with you those things that you are grateful for,

This green light begins to grow all around you as you breathe,

Relax,

And let go.

I invite you now to take in another deep,

Slow breath and notice how relaxed your entire body feels.

I invite you now to notice and imagine in your mind something you are grateful for.

Allow your mind to guide you.

Allow yourself to relax even deeper as you connect with this gratitude.

Who are you grateful for?

What are you grateful for?

What joyful emotions come to mind as you connect with this deep sense of gratitude?

Maybe you feel a deep love and connection for this situation,

Person,

Place,

Or thing.

I invite you to imagine something else you are grateful for and as you imagine all these things you are grateful for today,

This green bubble of protection grows even more powerful around you,

Keeping you enveloped in these emotions of gratitude,

Joy,

And love throughout your day.

At any time you want to connect with these feelings,

Sensations,

And emotions again,

All you have to do is close your eyes,

Take in a deep,

Slow breath,

And visualize those things you are grateful for once again.

I invite you that any time you need to,

You can simply place your hand at the center of your heart and take in a deep,

Slow breath and reconnect with those emotions,

Those things you are grateful for,

And feel that connection with yourself grow all around you once again.

I invite you now to take in another deep,

Slow breath and imagine,

Sense that your body is waking up,

Feeling little tingling sensations from your toes all the way to your head,

And from your head all the way to your toes.

I invite you now to take in three deep,

Slow breaths and notice how as you inhale,

You feel a flow of energy from your feet all the way to the crown of your head,

And as you exhale,

You feel sensations flowing from the crown of your head down to your feet,

And each breath helps you tap into a deeper sense of relaxation,

Gratitude,

Connection,

And calm,

And each exhale,

Releasing any negative emotions,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Or beliefs that no longer serve you.

And now I will guide you into visualizing your perfect day,

A beautiful day where everything evolves exactly as you desire,

And you know that it all begins with tapping into your gratitude as you wake up and connecting with yourself.

So I invite you now to visualize that you are wiggling your toes and beginning to wake up,

Maybe shifting a little in your sheets and stretching your muscles,

Opening your eyes slowly,

Feeling this deep flow of energy as you inhale deeply and wake up.

I invite you now to imagine that you are dangling your feet at the side of your bed,

Taking in another deep,

Slow breath and feeling that flow of invigorating energy from your feet all the way to the crown of your head.

And now as you take your first step and stand up from the bed,

You feel safe and supported here on this floor that has been here with you all the time,

So safe and secure that every time you take steps on this floor,

It will connect you with this energizing sensation that helps you feel safe and supported as you start your day.

And as you walk towards the bathroom now to get ready for your day,

You feel a deep sense of joy and excitement filling your body,

Your heart,

And your mind and helping you tap even deeper into this sensation of a beautiful day.

And now as you see yourself in the mirror,

You see a deep sense of calm and relaxation radiating off your body,

And a big smile creeps up on your face as you simply look at yourself in the mirror and begin these normal daily activities to cleanse away any negative thoughts and any negative emotions that may still be lingering in your body.

I invite you now to pick up your toothbrush and apply that toothpaste,

And notice how the scent,

That smell of your toothpaste invigorates you with energy,

Relaxation,

And calm,

And connects you with that deep sense of gratitude once again that you felt as you woke up.

And as you place the toothbrush in your mouth and begin to cleanse your teeth,

Taste the flavors of the toothpaste,

Smell,

Sense,

And experience as you cleanse away any negative beliefs,

Words,

Thoughts,

Or emotions that may have come up throughout your day or throughout your week,

As you simply cleanse your teeth and fill yourself with this delicious taste in your mouth,

You are connected once again with your gratitude and feel this invigorating energy entering your body.

And as you rinse your mouth,

You feel completely cleansed,

Peaceful,

Calm,

And relaxed.

And as you look at yourself in the mirror,

You notice your smile is much more powerful than before.

Feeling that deep sense of joy and gratitude for your day is simply growing easily as you go through your routine.

I invite you now to wash your face.

Notice how lathering up that soap and applying it to your face helps wash away any negativities that may still be lingering,

Cleansing away your face,

Cleansing away the residue of self-limiting beliefs,

And freeing you to live your perfect day.

Feel the cool water or warm water upon your skin.

It's the perfect temperature that you enjoy,

And it invigorates you,

Filling you with energy,

Gratitude,

And a deep sense of relaxation.

And as you wipe away the water and soap,

And you see yourself in the mirror again,

You feel so invigorated,

So joyful,

And so relaxed.

I invite you now to go into your regular routine.

Maybe you decide to take a shower or apply lotion.

And imagine that as you are doing that and getting ready for your day and getting dressed,

You are showing your body a little more gratitude,

A little more love and affection.

And as you do this,

You connect even deeper with a deep sense of self-love and relaxation.

Allow the sound of my voice and any noises that may arise to help you tap into this a little deeper.

A little deeper.

And as you apply lotion,

Shower away,

You allow your caress to help you release any negativities that may still be lingering on your body,

Your muscles,

And your tissues.

And each caress helps you connect deeper and deeper with this joy,

Peace,

And relaxation.

And as you see yourself in the mirror now,

Completely ready to go into your day,

You feel balanced,

Aligned,

Calm,

And peaceful.

Seeing that big smile on your face as all of these joyful experiences connected with your gratitude for your life and all the gifts you have been bestowed brings a smile upon your face.

Brings a smile upon your face.

And I invite you that you listen to this audio every morning as you wake up to tap into this gratitude.

And every night as you go to sleep to invite dreams of gratitude,

Love,

Joy,

And connection to inspire you deeper into manifesting your own beautiful day.

And now as I count to three,

You will awaken.

Taking all of these visualizations and sensations with you.

And every time you see the color green in nature or in objects around you,

It will remind your subconscious of the gratitude that you have for all of these experiences and everything you gave gratitude for today.

One,

All of this love and connection remains with you.

And every time you want to connect to it a little deeper,

All you need to do is close your eyes.

Tap into gratitude and feel these sensations flowing through you.

Two,

It is so easy for you to connect with a deep sense of calm simply by inhaling deeply and feeling the energy flowing from your toes to the crown of your head and from the crown of your head to your toes.

Three,

You can awaken now and live that beautiful day.

And anytime you feel like you need to connect with this sensation,
