Hello.
My name is Kurt Kruger,
And we're here today to be able to practice the Peacemaker Meditation.
And it's a very unique meditation.
It is so easy,
And it works for anybody,
Anywhere in the world,
In your own home language.
Right now,
You get to listen to this in English,
And God willing,
It will be able to be translated into all the other languages of the world.
Why?
Because we need peace.
We need peace in everything,
And everything as peace.
To do that,
We get to be peaceful.
Well,
Is that easier said than done?
Maybe for most people it is,
And yet people have sought to meditate for thousands of years,
And millions of people all over the world,
On every continent that people lived,
People have meditated.
Meditation many people have ideas about,
And meditation,
Truly speaking,
Is what we would call in the West,
Super concentration.
Why?
Because you go from a whole bunch of thoughts,
Random thoughts,
Into,
God willing,
One chosen thought,
Or maybe a few chosen thoughts.
And that way,
It takes away the turmoil that can be in the mind,
Especially these days.
But in the Roman times,
When Marcus Aurelius was alive,
They had a huge pandemic.
There were wars with the people in the northern provinces.
There was graft and corruption in the government.
Does that sound familiar just about anywhere today?
Well,
We've had it.
And we need that meditation.
We need that calming.
Because what happens when we meditate?
It allows us to be healthier,
Happier,
And holier.
Well,
Holier meaning whole living,
Because we will use all of our brain when we are in a deep state of meditation.
We can access the intuition,
The inspiration,
The enthusiasm.
So many things emanate.
It comes forth from inside of us,
Including the ideas for good or bad or even what ugly is.
Each person has their own view of life.
And the more we think of something,
If it's more positive,
We feel better.
If it's more positive,
We are really actually even healthier.
If it's more positive,
We are usually more capable in our work.
We make and create less mistakes.
We get to be,
As the sports psychology person I have been for 40 years,
We get to be a world-peak performer in life.
I've trained Olympians,
World record holders,
Professional athletes,
IBM corporate executives.
I've spoken at the United Nations.
Why do I say that?
So maybe you think what I say will work.
Prove it.
That's the key,
Is when we practice it.
It's not like what you just had right now for the last five or so minutes.
We get to not just talk about a beautiful,
Tasty mango and how nutritious it is,
Like meditation is so nutritious for us.
We get to eat it.
And in eating it,
We not only get to be able to savor it and to taste it fully,
But what do we get to do?
We get to be nourished inside with it so that we can then make some good perspiration.
We can make some good things happen.
We can make life come to life again with joy and happiness.
That is what we seek in this world.
We were not put here on earth to create hell.
So how do we create a better place?
Treating others with great respect and love.
The golden rule.
So let's have the golden rule rule today and every day.
Okay,
Are you ready?
Number one,
We will choose a cue word in psychology,
They call it.
In Asia,
It's called a mantra.
It is a focus word or words.
Ours is peace in everything,
Everything with peace.
Excuse me.
It's evolved from with peace.
It's evolved to and as peace.
Peace in everything,
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything,
Everything as peace.
As you hear this,
Peace in everything,
You can repeat it yourself mentally.
Peace in everything,
Everything as peace.
And as we do this,
Rocking back and forth even,
And moving the hand in this manner,
Peace in everything,
Everything as peace.
And we do it just as slowly,
Peace in everything,
Breathing in,
Exhaling,
Breathing out,
Peace in everything,
Everything as peace.
We want to be a little bit more balanced so we can use both hands.
We can have peace in everything,
Touching our heart.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
This is creating muscle memory.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
As it does this,
We're getting the law of predominant mental impression.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
The slowness helps to synchronize the brainwaves.
This slow breathing.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
And having these chosen words calms the mind down from all the other thoughts.
They've disappeared,
Haven't they,
To being able to be peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
And if any word comes in,
We can come back to everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
And we get to do this for as long as we can during the morning waking up.
We can do it before we go to sleep because we'll have a more restful sleep.
And we will feel better.
And when we feel better,
We act better.
That's why peace in everything becomes everything as peace.
What we have inside can then go outside,
Just like the inhalation goes inside.
Everything as peace.
And that brings us into the calm state of meditation.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
And we thank you for being here now,
Creating peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
And sharing this peaceful vibration with everyone you get to meet,
With everything you get to meet.
Because how we treat others,
Whether our planet or our best friends or others,
Comes back to us.
It bounces back.
Peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Simple,
Simple practice makes perfect.
Thank you for being here now,
In service to life as it should be.
Peaceful.
Sharing the love forward.
And love from your heart brings peace in everything.
Everything as peace.
Blessings.
