Emma has practised yoga for over 25 years and originally trained as an Ashtanga yoga teacher. Her work now focuses on simple, accessible meditation, breathwork, self-care, and body-based practices that can be woven into everyday life. Emma’s teaching is shaped by real life and a deep interest in supporting women through times of change, transition, and overwhelm. She shares tools for nervous system support, emotional resilience, mindfulness, and reconnecting with the body - especially for moments when the human experience feels overwhelming. She is also a sound artist and published author with Hachette, and composes the music in her Insight Timer tracks. Her audio practices blend meditation, movement, breath, rhythm, and self-care to help listeners release tension, shift stagnant energy, and return to a greater sense of presence and aliveness.
