This is your time to let go.

Of the internal chatter,

The rushing thoughts that might be spiraling around your busy brain.

I invite you to put those thoughts to one side and purely focus on your breath.

I give you permission to devote this time for you,

For your health,

For your well-being,

For your calm state of mind,

Your natural state,

Your true state of being,

Of breathing,

Of letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

This is your time,

Your time to reset,

To recover,

To recharge,

To feel relaxed.

And we can do this so simply by focusing on our breathing.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

The breath is the simplest tool we have to come back to our natural state of calm.

Notice if you are holding any tension in your body.

Gently scanning the body and asking any areas of tension to gently release.

Perhaps we are clenching muscles in our face.

Perhaps the shoulders could be asked to soften a little more.

Feel yourself fully surrendering to this moment in time.

Give yourself complete permission to let go,

Letting go of any internal dialogue,

Letting go of any tension in the body,

Letting go of anything that doesn't feel good at this moment in time.

This is your time,

Your time,

Time set aside for your wellbeing.

Enjoy it.

Surrender to it.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Lengthening those exhalations,

Enjoying the exhalations.

Smiling in the inhalations.

Coming back to the breath if the mind wanders.

Coming back to this moment.

The present moment.

The only moment we have right now.

Taking comfort in the knowledge that this time,

This time you have set aside for yourself is going to make you feel so much more at peace,

So much more relaxed simply by being still,

By breathing,

By letting go.

Knowing you can always come back to the breath at any point in your day.

The breath is your opportunity to reset.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing out.
