Rachel coaches for healthy, mindful, ethical relationships. She has graduate membership of the British Psychological Society. She has been a Dating and Relationships Coach and Educator in London, UK for ten years. Rachel is a qualified and experienced teacher of Psychology, and worked for nine years in a Social Psychology research lab at the University of Oxford. Rachel has training in and uses a range of approaches in her coaching, including mindfulness and self-compassion, psychodynamics, CBT, somatic psychology, polyvagal theory, trauma-informed coaching, psychoeducation and the Gottman Method. She uses a range of mindful activities and meditations in her coaching work. Rachel works with all ages, genders, sexual orientations, ethnic and cultural backgrounds and abilities. She especially enjoys working with the neurodivergent! As well as one-to-one and couples coaching, Rachel enjoys working with community groups and running group workshops. Rachel has published a dating workbook, dating diary, mindfulness journal, and anthology of science fiction short stories on the theme of technology on relationships.
