Welcome.

Begin by finding a comfortable position where your body feels most supported,

Whether that's choosing to lay down with cozy blankets and pillows or sitting upright or maybe even back against a wall,

If that's available.

Take some time to arrive,

To get situated,

To get supported.

Let the body adjust and wiggle,

Stretch and move if it wants to.

And bit by bit,

Start to land.

Deliver a slow breath in through your nose and a long,

Unhurried exhale through your mouth.

Let yourself arrive here,

Delivering another slow,

Slow breath in and slow,

Slow breath out.

Receive in-breath,

Fill up and expand.

Exhale,

Release,

Untether,

Let go.

Let yourself arrive right here.

To awaken into our sensuality is to invite in presence to body,

To our experience of being alive.

In order to access sensual experience,

We must nurture the body,

To provide safety,

A sense of welcoming self as you are.

To nurture is to care for,

To tend to and to look after,

Tending to self to expand and grow,

To allow life to move cyclically in and out and in and out,

Loosening the grip,

Loosening the efforting,

Welcoming the body here,

Now,

Slow,

Steady,

Grounded.

No need to change,

To fix,

To be anything other than you in this moment.

Welcoming the sensations of body.

To become alive in the sensual experience,

We turn on,

We become activated,

Aware.

Feel it not only expand and enliven,

But the exhale,

Soften and release.

Breathing in,

Feel this pulse of expansion and the exhale,

Loosening the grip.

To nurture the body,

We begin to soften and to soften,

We must disarm again,

Accessing that point of safety where we can literally feel the buzz of energy pulsing through and around self.

To disarm,

We must let go and to let go,

We must trust.

Heavy yourself back and down,

To feel and hold the curves of your body.

To surrender is to fully,

Fully trust.

Breath is on your side,

Body is here.

Give in,

Bring attention to the points where the body meets the surface beneath you.

Feel the weight of your bones being held,

Nothing to become.

Begin to sense your body from the inside.

Untether the mind from thoughts,

But welcome feelings,

Sensations.

Notice the subtle textures.

Recognize the temperature of the air as it kisses your skin.

Feel where the body is held by textures of clothes.

Feel the front side of the body and the backside of your body.

Allow your awareness to move slowly like honey.

Curiosity,

Exploration,

Gentleness and patience.

Offering your attention to areas that may feel pleasurable simply because they are alive.

Your breath pulsing with life.

The curve of your belly rising and falling.

Accessing pleasure by witnessing.

To nurture is to care for.

To look after,

Offer attention here.

Let sensation be enough.

Releasing the stories.

There is no outcome.

Disengage the grip of any expectation.

Just experience.

With each exhale,

Invite the body to soften a little bit more.

Release the forehead.

Eyelids soft,

Soft over the eyes.

Release the weight of the world off the shoulders.

Let them melt back and down.

Release the fingertips.

Let them curl in towards the palms wherever they've landed.

Travel into the belly and allow it to be soft.

Pleasure moving through you.

Let it be gentle and spacious.

Rest here.

Listening,

Sensing,

Receiving.

Your body knows how to unwind when given permission.

Let the piles of worry and unknown.

Trust this moment.

For an inhale to the very top.

Fill your entire body.

Slow,

Intentional,

Meaning exhale.

Let it.

Please now welcome your fingertips gently to the cheeks.

So soft.

Let the fingers start to explore the curve of your face,

Your cheeks,

Your lip.

Sensing and welcoming the texture,

The sensations.

Receive yourself.

Open.

Open.

Open.

Allow the body to have this experience.

Let the fingers start to trickle down the neck.

The throat.

Maybe towards back of neck.

Feather like.

Gentle.

Let the body respond.

As you soften the face and continue to travel fingertips around the landscape of the body.

Cross the chest.

Fingertips might travel down and back up one.

Maybe awakening to the sense of pleasure.

Of sensation in the body.

Disarming the grip.

Sweet and tenderly.

The waste.

Enjoying yourself.

Your experience as you are,

Whatever arises.

Welcome sensation.

Becoming turned on to feeling.

At the hands travel to the base of the belly.

This is what it is to nurture self.

To come home.

To dissolve excess effort.

To experience yourself.

And exhale.

Soften.

Relax.

Let go.

Your life is alive and well under the chaos of your heart.

Of your mind.

No need to chase an outcome.

No need to change your body.

Trust this moment.

Arriving more fully into the foundation of your own existence.

Let the pulse of life,

This current of energy move through you.

Rest here.

Stay for as long as feels so nourishing to you.

Have this time.

Your body is on your side.

Whenever you feel inspired to come out of your practice,

Be gentle.

Patience.

Slow.

Inviting in the softness to ripple into your day whenever that is.
