Namaste.

My name is Somya and I will be guiding you on your wonderful journey inwards.

Today's practice will help you feel grounded and present in the moment.

So to begin,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable by settling down.

Allow your spine to be straight by lengthening it with ease.

Relax your face,

Release any tension from your jaw and close your eyes.

Your hands can rest on your thighs,

Palms facing up towards the ceiling.

With awareness,

With love,

Release any tension from your neck,

Your shoulders and your upper back.

Move your awareness down to your belly,

Watching it rise and fall gently like the waves in an ocean.

As you breathe in and exhale.

Relaxing,

Relaxing,

Relaxing into your breath.

Releasing,

Releasing,

Releasing all your stress.

Take a deep breath in,

Let it go.

Another breath in and exhale.

Breathe in.

With the next exhalation,

You may gently open your eyes.

I will see you tomorrow with another practice.

I just stumbled upon your live session. I’m so glad I did! I’ve been searching for inner piece. I have a nervous condition and a lot of times when I meditate I can relax but as soon as I stop I begin to get nervous again. I’ve been on insight timer for about 3 years I think by listening to your teaching I may over come this obstacle. 🙏🏻
