Hi there,

Welcome to our Dreamland Adventure to Wyoming.

You don't need to pack anything or do anything at all.

Find a comfortable position and let's go for a ride.

Imagine looking up into the sky and connecting to the light all the way up there.

Breathe it in.

Let go of that breath completely.

Let's take another breath in.

Can you feel your lungs filling up?

On your next breath out,

Feel your lungs empty out the air.

On your next breath in,

Imagine flying high into the sky.

You aren't alone.

I'm with you and you can also imagine any of your friends and family with you on the ride.

It's up to you whether you invite anyone on your adventure.

We are heading to Jackson Hole,

Wyoming,

Where we will explore the sights and finish around a warm,

Cozy fire.

For now,

Your breath will help get us there.

The slower,

Easier breath you take,

The smoother the ride.

As we fly into the air,

We see huge,

Fluffy white clouds and bright blue sky.

Take a look below and wave goodbye to your home as we leave your neighborhood and take ourselves across your town.

We soar high into the sky and take steady,

Smooth breaths.

We begin to see white mountain peaks in the distance,

And up ahead there is a huge open field covered with snow.

White,

White snow.

On this field,

There are large,

Dark-shaped animals coming into view.

If you look really close,

On the top of the heads of these four-legged animals,

You may be able to see their antlers.

As we breathe ourselves closer,

We can be certain that we have come upon a very large group of elk.

If you gaze towards the trees on the very far end of the field,

You might be able to see a few moose.

These animals have all come down to this lower field because of all the snow.

You can hear the moose calling to each other,

Far into the distance.

Their voices echo off the trees.

Take a slow,

Steady breath in,

And as you breathe out,

See if you can notice that you can see your breath like a small cloud leaving your mouth.

In colder weather,

This happens to our exhales,

Something you can enjoy on this adventure.

There is plenty of cold weather here in Jackson Hole.

Let's take a smooth,

Steady breath in,

And let that go all the way out.

We move ourselves higher up into the sky,

Over the beautiful animals,

Towards the miles of green pine trees.

As you find your slow breath in and out,

You are taking us over the forest towards a ski resort.

On the mountain out in front,

There are big lanes of trees divided by big parts of white snow.

People are skiing and snowboarding down the mountain.

You can hear the family laughing below us as one of them takes a gentle fall into the fresh,

Fallen snow.

I see a snowball tossed from one friend to another.

Oh no,

There goes another snowball.

So much laughter.

They are all bundled up and enjoying the fresh snow.

Let's use our breaths to take us a little higher into the sky.

I see a big tubing hill up ahead.

Big,

Round rafts are racing down the mountain,

Full of faces with big smiles.

They are going pretty fast,

But their tubes run out of speed just at the bottom at a slow and steady pace.

Just like our breath,

Slow,

Steady,

Smooth and easy.

If you turn towards the main town,

You can see people ice skating and enjoying hot drinks to warm themselves in the colder weather.

Hats,

Gloves,

And coats are worn by everyone.

Watch how your body fills up with air,

And then empties of this air.

Good.

Let's fill our lungs up to a comfortable amount and breathe it out as we lift ourselves higher into the sky and head over the next few peaks.

The sun is about to set and we want to head toward a camp that is all set up for us with warm blankets and a roaring fire.

Find your smooth,

Easy breath in,

And smooth,

Easy breath out.

Yes,

That's exactly it.

Keep breathing this way as we make our way over white snow and green trees,

Cabins with smoke coming out of their chimneys.

Snowmen and snowwomen are on the front lawns and the backyards.

As we continue to breathe slow and steady breaths,

We take ourselves over snow-filled streets,

Over the forest,

And into another field of snow.

Up ahead,

There's a pack of dogs carrying a sled of people.

They are moving at a fast pace as they weave up and down the mountain.

Let's keep going.

We're losing daylight and there's a warm fire waiting for us.

I see the bonfire up ahead and a thick,

Warm blanket for everyone.

Use your breath to lower yourself down onto the bed of blankets,

Safely tucked in near the fire.

Feel the warm glow of the fire heat our cheeks and faces and every part of our bodies.

The warmth is a welcoming feeling,

And we notice how tired we are from our travels.

Let's enjoy the next few breaths.

We just took quite a flight.

Allow your body to start to soften into the blanket below you and the ground beneath us.

As you breathe,

Can you notice where your breath is moving in your body?

What would it look like to take all of your focus and let your mind watch your next breath in?

And then shift all that focus onto your next exhale.

As we rest on the blanket,

Can you hear the crackle of the fire,

The wood burning?

Can you smell the fresh smell of snow and the fire mixing with each other?

The fresh smell of the cold weather.

Let's take a few moments to breathe,

Imagine,

And experience.

Stay connected to your imagination.

Stay connected to your breath.

As the bright colors of the fire dance in front of us,

Our breaths warm our bodies.

We can feel the oxygen entering and exiting our lungs,

The special awareness we didn't have before.

Through our travels and flight,

We are able to change our breath.

Now we get to just observe the breath,

To watch the breath.

The rhythm of movement happening within our bodies as each breath comes in and each breath goes out.

As we gaze upon the mountain scene,

We start to get a little tired,

So much so it might feel really good to lie down and gaze up at the dark sky and stars above us.

Looking up at the sky,

We see the stars twinkling with the night sky above them.

There are a few clouds moving at a super slow pace,

Just like our breath.

The breath is easy,

Uncontrolled.

We begin to feel our feet soften,

And our lower legs.

Then this relaxation spreads like warmth to our upper legs and hips.

Our back muscles start to soften and release.

Those strong muscles begin to let go.

The shoulders are wide and the arms rest.

The belly rises and falls with each breath.

The chest expands and settles back in.

The throat softens,

And then the lips,

Cheeks,

Forehead,

And all the muscles in your face begin to get heavy.

Nice and heavy.

Relaxed.

You notice the breath moving in and out at the very tip of your nose,

Knowing that you don't have to control the breath.

The breath will happen on its own.

Your body is taking care to breathe for you.

Your mind and body get to fully appreciate this downtime.

These moments you have created for yourself.

You can choose to drift off to sleep,

Or if you want,

You can stay here for as long as you want.

And when you are ready,

You can begin to breathe in a deeper breath and wiggle your body away.

Thank you for joining me on this Dreamland adventure to Jackson Hole.

I look forward to exploring again with you soon.
