Meditation Timer OnlineSusann has worked with guided meditation since 2014 after a 7-day teacher retreat for Mindfulness (MBSR) – led by Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli in Denmark. In her daily work as a cognitive therapist, mindfulness and meditation is a valued asset. She is currently finnishing her last months to become a certified Mindfulness teacher, and has started up with her first mindfulness groups. Susann is certified as a 500h yogaworks teacher, has practiced various styles of yoga for over 25 years and has a daily meditation practice. She has studied and dived into several courses, styles and workshops during theese years.
