With over 30 years of experience in meditation, yoga, and breathwork, she has been guiding retreats and workshops internationally since 1999. Ali's journey began in India in 1993, where she lived in ashrams studying yoga philosophy and meditation, training closely with her teacher for two years exploring various schools and practices. Her work has since evolved into a deeper exploration of breathwork for grief, recovery, and trauma healing. Through mindfulness meditation, yoga, and the transformative power of breath, Ali creates a heartfelt space that empowers clients to improve their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. She runs retreats in Ibiza and is regularly invited as a guest teacher to facilitate breathwork sessions internationally.
