Take a comfortable breath in and gently exhale.

Allow your body to settle wherever you are.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to change.

Just notice the feeling of your breath moving in and moving out.

If your mind is busy,

That's okay.

Simply return to the breath.

Feel your feet,

Feel your hands,

Feel the support beneath you.

Take one slow inhale through your nose and a long steady exhale.

Let your shoulders soften,

Let your jaw relax.

In this moment,

You are safe.

In this moment,

You are steady.

Take one final slow breath in and gently release.

When you're ready,

Carry this calm with you.
