Welcome to this 5 minute meditation.
Place your physical body in a comfortable position and simply allow your mind to rest.
Thoughts may come but please allow them to go just as easily and retain your awareness in the internal environment of your body.
As you softly feel within yourself,
Guide your awareness into your heart.
With your awareness in your heart,
Start to cultivate a sensation of joy and gratitude for whatever brings you the most joy and gratitude in your life.
As you envision these,
Allow yourself to directly experience the sensation in the body generated by these situations and thoughts.
Harness the experience of the sensation and bring it into your heart.
Bring it deeper and deeper into your heart center and allow this sensation to start to grow and radiate outward into the body.
Without changing the tempo of your breathing,
Start to also imagine your breath flowing directly from your heart and moving this feeling of joy and gratitude into the rest of your body.
Experience that now as you receive energy healing for the next 2 minutes.
Now that you have experienced joy and gratitude flowing throughout every area of your body,
Extend it beyond your physical form and allow it to expand and envision your joy and gratitude extending to every individual in your life.
Allow it to extend into the earth and into the universe.
And when you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to your physical form.
Knowing that you have generated positivity for all of those in your life.
