Welcome.
Begin this meditation and energy healing session by finding a position that is the most comfortable for you.
As you settle in,
Allow your awareness to also become mindful of this moment.
You are creating space for inner connection,
Healing and the enfoldment of something better for yourself.
Allow yourself to move softly into the physical body.
Allow your awareness to settle like sand in the bottom of a jar.
And as the thoughts start to calm,
Allow the sensations within your body to become stronger and more prevalent in your awareness.
Allow your breath to come naturally and allow your body to sink even more softly into the position you have chosen.
Choose one area of discomfort that appears to draw your attention the most.
Sometimes as you connect with pain,
You may experience a resistance to forming this connection.
Allow yourself to be in the moment of the resistance and just accept that it's normal and natural to feel this way.
And as you softly lean into the feeling of resistance and accept its presence,
You may notice it slowly dissolve on its own.
As your resistance to connecting with the painful area begins to dissolve,
Now redirect your awareness back into connection with the area of discomfort.
Then visualize that you have a very,
Very microscopic version of you that you place within the center of the discomfort.
Allow your awareness to connect fully with this tiny version of you.
In essence,
You are placing a tiny version of you that holds all of your awareness right into the center of the area of discomfort.
And as you exist as this tiny you,
Allow yourself to be in the center of the discomfort.
Release judgment,
Fear,
Resistance,
And any sense of aversion that you have to the discomfort.
And try to see it as simply an area of your body that has a different energy flow than the rest of you.
So be tiny you within the discomfort,
Simply experiencing the flow of the energy in this area.
It is neither good nor bad,
It is simply energy which flows in a certain pattern.
And as you continue to be aware of being tiny you,
Notice that this sets up a boundary where you are tiny you experiencing an energy flow outside of you.
So there's a boundary that separates you from this atypical energy flow.
So allow yourself to feel you,
Tiny you,
As a beautiful,
Flowing,
Bright entity.
And as you experience tiny you as this amazing healing light,
Lightly allow the boundaries between you and the energy of the discomfort to slowly dissolve.
Receive energy healing to support you in this process.
As you dissolve and reduce the sensation of boundaries between tiny you and the area of discomfort,
Continue to experience the actual sensation of being a vibrant version of you,
This tiny you that has a healing vibration.
And as it starts to blend its vibration and expand its vibration into the surrounding area,
The energies of the surrounding area have an opportunity to vibrate differently and flow differently.
And bit by bit as you expand the brightness of tiny you,
As you are less and less tiny,
Allow this version of you to slowly educate the flows of the discomfort so that they may understand fluidity,
Transformation,
And a new vibration that helps it open from stagnation into balance,
From holding into openness,
From compression into flow.
Let yourself continue to open and expand tiny you until the energy field of tiny you has expanded beyond the area of discomfort,
Further and further out,
And extending into the rest of your body.
And through this expansion of your consciousness through the physical form,
You are able to dissolve energy blockages,
Release old emotions and belief patterns that hold you in the pattern that generates pain.
Allow yourself to breathe.
And with your next deep inhale,
Spread this healing light through your entire body,
Outward,
Upward,
Downward.
And allow it to expand beyond your physical form,
360 degrees around you,
Out an arm's length away from you in every direction.
And if you can even further,
Your energy field is an infinite field.
And if you allow yourself to experience the infinity of what you are,
Relative to that,
The areas within the physical body can seem very small.
And in this way,
It can seem much easier to shift their vibration when they're only a drop in an ocean of abundant health.
Continue to feel the sensation of expansion.
Allow your entire system to be filled with a light of healing.
Allow your beliefs about discomfort to dissolve.
And in this moment,
Experience the lightness of being who you truly are.
And allow this truth to be a guide in your healing.
Stay in this expanded space for as long as you need.
But when you feel ready,
Bring your awareness back into your surroundings.
Feel free to move your arms and legs and reconnect with your physical body.
Remember that it can be a fairly easy task to shift our focus away from the discomforts of our body.
Into the vast energies that surround us and help uplift us in our healing.
